Their Customer Service is truly Awful, I phone 3 Times using both the contact numbers, for nobody to pickup, and on the third time got hung up on instantly.
I don’t know anything about their quality of work, But From what Iv read it’s below average. And that combined with a lack of customer service is a no go.

People speak About Brexit. If you Want to invest some Money on your bike and you want to give the money not to foreigners but to Very Hard Working Pure British Hardworking Team That's your place . Highly recommend it . I will give some pictures after my bike is fully done from them , i love the way theese people work and the prices , they not gonna rip you off , they will charge you fair and very cheap with quality like no other !

The 2 guys that work here are UNTRUSTWORTHY,
They Charged £100 to lubricate a couple of locks on my motorbike, and 2 weeks later my barrel and ignition became faulty, and I was told by another mechanics in Ealing that they had done a PATHETIC job.
They LIED and said they ordered in the replacement components, but 2 weeks later they Apparently were yet to arrive.
It was impossible to get a hold of anybody, And today ( 07/12/2020 ) was the first time in over a month iv heard from them.
Only because they wanted to let me know they didn't like my review, no apology just excuses.
Please go elsewhere.

I was in the search for a honest and professional motorcycle garage in London for a long time, which also doesn't rip me off.. I must say I have found it! Despite it's location, these guys are experts in what they are doing and they treat customers well. They are also flexible in drop-off/pick-up times and their prices are friendly. I am always happy to meet Tom, He's an awesome guy and quite passionate about motorcycles. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

I had a few problems with my Yamaha raptor quad bike, I took it to these guys and they diagnosed the fault within minutes and had the bike sorted and on the road for the next day! Fantastic service! Very transparent, very good mechanics. Highly recommended!

Tom and Matt were great. Just bought my first bike with them. Walked me through a lot of good information and answered all my questions. Got my bike delivered the next day and they also threw in a helmet and gloves to get me going, a nice gesture. Overall really positive experience, would definitely recommend to everyone.

Revolution brought back my little Yamaha D'elight Scooter from the dead after it was badly damaged when I fell over a pothole. Now it works brilliantly again. Through the whole process the Revolution team was really friendly and supportive. Thank you very much Phil, Tom and Sara! Price wise, they are also very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I got stuck due a Fuel pump issue, I called the breakdown people of my insurance, they had sent the amazing Matt to the rescue.
Matt had tried his best to fix it at the side of the road, but unable to due to a faulty fuel pump he had taken it back to the garage!
They had me back and running within no time, also gave me advise on whatelse could need doing, and ways to improve the bike!
I would recommend them over Yamaha themselves. They are cheap, cheerful and the mutts nuts!
Real top blokes and down to earth, and passionate about motorbikes!

Rescued by Matt who got me rolling again and then headed over to Revolution where I was fixed up by Tom who was lovely throughout. He not only fixed the problem I showed up with but several other issues I'd been riding with for a while. Stuff I didn't even realise was there but could have proved nasty. All done for a very reasonable price and while I waited. Will definitely be going back very soon to get my front bearings sorted.

I had a great experience with this company. I called them out for a road side breakdown, I suspected it was my battery so they brought a replacement one out with them, my battery problem was diagnosed and the new swapped with the old within minutes so the problem was solved immediately and I was on my way. Happy Days :)
I'm glad I have found a reliable bike mechanic local to me.

Revolution were sent out by Hog Assistance when my bike wouldn't start - first Matt came and spent ages working on the battery then when it was established it needed a new one he went off and Tom came back at night and fitted one so I'd be able to ride it first thing in the morning. Great service from the guys !

DISGRACE !!! Had my bike since October.

Communication is beyond AWFUL!
IVE PAID £481 to have my bike repaired I got it out the first time, with in an hour it cut out and wouldn’t start again, I called for recovery was told won’t be late and get a knock on the door at 11pm.
There’s one nice guy there but the others sound RUDE an UNWELCOMING on the phone.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE THERE.
I had two screws missing so they decided to drill my panels and CABLE TIE them back together.
Will never be using them again and there lucky you can put a minimum of one star.

The lads at Revolution saved my bacon. Bike broke down on the M4/M25 flyover in freezing conditions. They were out within the hour, had me back at the workshop 20 mins later and had the problem diagnosed within 45 mins.
Unfortunately the stator had blown (ouch), so they had to order a part in. Thankfully a loan of one of their courtesy bikes and I was able to make important meetings in London the next day.
Within 24 hours the new stator was fitted, battery tested and regulator/rectifier checked. I was then able to get up North to see family at a particularly stressful time.
Their workshop is not the prettiest, but if you're more bothered about fair and decent treatment than you are fancy graphics and cappuccino machines then this might be the bike mechanic for you.
To top it all off, the didn't take advantage of the situation to skin me. The final bill was reasonable and the part fitted was of good quality. A little ray of sunshine in what was a gloomy week for me.
I would highly recommend Revolution for no nonsense, decent work from guys who love bikes. Their treatment of me was more than fair considering the situation, which is a real bonus especially given the emergency meant they could have abused me mercilessly.

I cannot understand the negative reviews - I had a puncture and called for roadside assistance. The van came along and the friendly driver tried to repair but couldn't and the hole was too large.
He took it back to the workshop at 9pm and then it was ready with a new tyre fitted by midday next day.
On top of this they also advised me on various other minor faults, pro-actively suggested i needed an oil top-up and advised me to go to my regular repair shop to check other aspects of the last service I had done.
Very friendly and professional service throughout and the pricing was reasonable and transparent. I'm not sure what else you would want from a repair shop.

They arrived on time and sorted out the problem with my chain in less than 15 minutes. The mechanic took some time to give me some pointers and checked brakes and other critical parts of the motorcycle.

I took my Kawasaki ZX7R to Revolution with badly seized brakes and a clutch issue. I found Tom and the Staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable. They kept me informed at each stage of the repair and warned me about extra cost and whether I wanted to proceed with the repair. The result is I now have a bike that rides 100% better due to great brakes and clutch. I have also used them over the years for breakdown and they have always got me back on the road. They also found an intermittent water leak which they repaired. I would strongly recommend Revolution to sort out your bike issues.

They give your bike back to you like its not even your own bike anymore they do a usless job and charge stupid amount of money to do nothing to theb give your bike back to you in a terrible state.

One of the worst mechanic around sry they r cowboys not the mechanic.I brought my bike in with the start button issue was any starting with the start button every time they told me will be fixed within 2 hours I came after 2 hours still not fix they said they were busy ok I told them will come tomorrow eve went next day collected the bike paid 90 £ worked fine for a day next day same issue called them again with the same issues and those cowboys want to charge more where as they didn’t fix the problem they r rubbish u better of staying away there r plenty of better mechanics around good luck thanks

These fellas have helped me out on more then one occasion with different bikes there not the prettest garage so if its looks over good work and good money this isnt the garage for you prices are always good and there very good at what they do.. i gave them a deadline and they had rebuilt two of my engines replaced the damaged parts and put then back together within a week id recommened them to anyone and everyone..
