It was my first MOT. I’ve never experienced such friendly and helpful staff. They made pre-check a week before actual MOT. On MOT day bike was checked within a couple of hours. I’m delighted with the service and staff.

At first I had a very good opinion about the guys. They were friendly good price etc. I asked them to check the braking pads. When I went back to take my motorcycle they told me that they change the rear pad. (at first I was impressed because the rear was newer that the front one) and they didn't give me the old one to check it as the most of them doing. Anyway I didn't want to ask them to saw me the old one because I didnt want to be indiscreet. After two months (today) I had a flat tyre and I went to a different repair shop and I saw that the rear pad was never changed. This pad couldn't be two months old. I'm really sorry about that.

Absolute gents! I’ve had services with this garage and had nothing but an amazing service, but today I had a minor fault on my bike, they seen me straight away, fixed the fault and as it was so minor they didn’t even charge. Thanks again.

Excellent place. Very friendly. Someone had slashed my rear tyre on my Vespa that i bought a week ago! They were very honest and professional and did an emergency replacement there and then. Really cannot recommend them enough. They even did a few bits as well and gave me some advice on what else is needed. Will be booking all service and MOTs at this place.

Never under estimate a small sole trading business for when you want to be properly looked after and appreciated as a customer. Matthew and the guys at Burwins are my first port of call for most motorcycle work, parts and services, and well worth going to instead of some big, cold dealership - even for my brand new bikes. Old school vibes, with modern customer service.

Very good overall and will use again. Needed new tyres fitted. Ordered by phone, fair price and told would be in shortly.
(I chased up if tyres in with a call to them after waiting some days longer than told - they claimed they called but no missed call or message received).
They were friendly, professional and fitted in just over an hour. Gave some friendly and wise advice to a newer rider and I had full confidence in their abilities and experience.

I've used these guys several times and can't recommend them enough. On several occasions they have fixed the issue there and then with no charge! Paid for a full service and they did a fantastic job. Very reasonably priced, knowledgeable and approachable. Definitely recommend!!!!

Bought my first moped a few months ago, arranged the MOT with Matt and for the bike delivered to the shop, looked at it straight away but needed a new tyre, brakes replaced at the front and back tightened up. Got a call the next morning saying it was done and ready to collect! I've since been back for a puncture repair and oil top up, both of which was uncharged! Absolute best place to go to and service second to none!

So helpful and friendly, I called and asked for replacement brake shoes and they suggested it might just need adjustment, then they looked at my brakes, made the adjustment immediately and refused to take any money. So nice to find a bike shop that prefers to keep my bike safe and running than to take advantage. Trust and respect is how this business operates, highly recommended!
