Couldn't ride my bike for 4 weeks now I ordered some part for my x-max and its taking ages, I tried to phone them and ask about my order several time each time they ask me my details and the order number and tell me to wait for their phone call and geuss what nothing in till the last time the girl on the reception felt for me and chased them up, finally I got a call back the chap was nice on the phone but not professional at all he confirmed that he will dispatch part of my order and I'll wait for the rest to comme but didn't post it my order was on the 30th of April still in process

Completely dishonest and out to get your money. I was told that the mechanics could correct my speedometer as it was under-reading, due to a clock replacement, before the bike was put through MOT. They didn't do this in the end, didn't tell me it hadn't been done and put the bike through MOT anyways - potentially knocking hundreds of pounds off the bikes value, as it now shows a mileage discrepancy on the DVLA website. I was then charged £552 for the major service and MOT when I was quoted £350~. I will never, in my life, be returning to this shop for any reason. I recommend that you steer clear of it like the plague, there are countless other shops in West London that are honest and will get the work done properly.

I’d like to put -5 star for them they are not professional at all I had my appointment today with them and the guy told me it take 15 up to 45min I said okay no problem When I get back around mid day my motorbike didn’t get in for check up when I’m was asking how long it take he told me again you can leave it for hour and half another 2 hours for nothing waiting in rain and wind In my opinion they are not professional at all PS : I’m was waiting outside and I saw many of drivers they came after me they get served before me

Very happy with the service Monti and Ricky provided - even helped sort out some chain issues I had that had nothing to do with the job provided; went in for cosmetic repairs, and left with a smoother-running bike to boot (a little later than expected, but no big deal)

Bought my MT here a few weeks ago after my R125 was stolen. The sales team were super accommodating sent me pictures and answered all my questions faster than i would have ever expected. I also took it to get its first service a couple weeks later as i ride a lot and they were able to fit me in on short notice. Extremely satisfied with the service, i never leave reviews but i felt like they definitely deserve one. If only i could give them 10 stars. Thanks again guys, definitely recommend.

If you have any respect to your ride Avoid this garage These people are cowboys Absolutely no idea what they are doing mechanically They messed my MC and reputable dealer refused after he heard where my bike was . Chelse Yamaha shouldn't be a operating business. What they do if a joke of a service I can bet that this garage will bankrupt shortly. All I have is safety concerns of a substandard work they do . This garage is Garbage and people employed there are spineless morons

Not professional at all. Big delay on the orders i ordred some parts for my yamaha and today it has been 3 weeks and i am going and coming back. Also everytime i come they ask me to wait for an 1 hour because staff went to eat. They have poor managemen and this it reflects a bad image for yamaha.

Terrible service. Brought my bike in following a crash in October 2018. Staff were initially helpful and promised a comprehensive quote within a couple of days. 2 weeks later after a few chase ups, I finally got the quote. After a few attempts I managed to contact the team and we agreed to focus on the most important repairs. I initially asked for their mechanic's advice but eventually had to make my own suggestions. After more than 2 months and repeated attempts at getting in touch with the garage I finally found out that the bike was ready to be picked up. When I went to get it the bike was very dirty and the battery was flat (it was replaced with a new battery less than a year ago). The bike needed to be jump started and the staff were in no great rush to help. I was also told that additional work had been carried out without my consent and needed to be added to my invoice. When I finally got the bike home and gave it a thorough once over it became clear that some of the parts that were said to have been replaced had not been. I have contacted the garage about this but received no comment from them. Avoid if possible. REPLY TO OWNER'S RESPONSE: I was at fault for the crash so no insurance company was involved. All repairs were paid for by myself. The delay came from trying to get agreement on what repairs would be needed to get the bike back on the road and which ones were purely aesthetic. I did ask for your advice but eventually just specified what I felt needed to be changed. In addition I was charged for a new number plate and the bike still has the plate with the name of the garage I bought it from so I don't think your comment regarding parts is correct. Finally I was charged for new brake pads although I understand these may have been fitted free of charge.

Overall the team was great and everything was done with 1 week of me inquiring about the bike. Couldn't have asked for better☺️

Do Not Use This Garage, like EVER Where to begin?! So I took my bike in for a simple MOT and Service. I also asked for them to change the front brake disc. Initially quite happy, they were flexible with the drop off and efficient with the MOT. However that’s where the good news stops. I got a phone call saying my bike had failed the MOT and it would be over £500 to fix it. This was a surprise and I asked for a breakdown of what parts cost what. They listed a load of parts I hadn’t asked for and left off everything I HAD asked for. When I brought this up they included the brake disc which took the total quote to nearly £700. 2 Observations 1 - When I checked the online MOT record it showed that it only needed new brake pads. I called again to politely enquire if all the parts were required to get it to pass the MOT and was told they were absolutely all essential. Which is a complete lie. As the MOT certificate didn’t list anything other than brake pads. 2 – The prices were ridiculous I spoke to the workshop guy on the phone and when I said that I know places you can get OEM parts for a fraction of the price he said “they will be stolen” and got very rude and defensive. He wouldn’t give any consideration to anything I said. After all this I spoke to several people from this garage about the price and even when I questioned them politely they all got very shirty and said “That’s the price, pay it or not.” If it’s possible it gets worse! When I went to collect my bike I was given back my keys and a bill for the £20 MOT testing fee. Which is fair so I paid it. However I wasn’t given a Refusal of MOT Test Certificate which you get if your vehicle fails an MOT, it lists the issues and what needs to be done. When I asked for it, the girl behind the counter handed me a “Honda Health Check Sheet” which I didn’t ask for… and my bike is a Yamaha so… She didn’t seem to know what an MOT Certificate looked like. I did get one eventually when someone from the workshop came to show her, but it didn’t fill me with confidence. I will never go to this garage again! They tried to rip me off by telling me I needed parts I didn’t need and trying to overprice them. They were rude when questioned and don’t seem to understand paperwork. Horrendous! UPDATE Having taken my bike away from this garage I took it to a proper garage, who went on to explain several faults which needed to be fixed lest it fail the MOT. NONE OF WHICH WERE PICKED UP ON BY CHELSEA YAMAHA To conclude not only did Chelsea yamaha try to charge me hundreds of pounds we work that didn't need to be done. But they didn't even pickup what actually needs to be done.

Complete joke of a garage. Ask RCL to pick up my bike to take to my freinds. When it truns up theres no belly pan on the bike, no exhuste and bolts missing even tho I called the garage in the morning to tell them it's gonna be pick up later in the afternoon. Indicators hanging buy it's wires even tho they clip off. They charged me nearly 300 pound for my bike to be left in that state. Any one reading this go elsewhere. If you love Ur bikes as much as I do, go somewhere els. My friend that works on yamahas every day sed they took things apart that they did not need to. Angry ant even the feeling. After further conversation with the garage. They said they will not give the part back unless I remove my review and go collect the parts myself. due to these terms I will be speaking to my solicitor.

I went here to get a test ride on two scooters (Tmax 530 & Xmax). After giving my details & emailing them it’s currently two months later, & I still haven’t heard anything from them. Their customer service is obviously non existent. I purchased a bike elsewhere as I’m not chasing them to sell me a bike!
