Cute little store right opposite Selfridges. So far I’ve been twice to buy different products and there’s always someone available and instantly acknowledges your presence. Some staff are better than others but overall I’ve had a good experience. Can’t say much about their knowledge as I knew what I wanted and didn’t need much assistance except gift wrapping. But their gift wrapping paper, the little sticker and embossing is very unique (all free of charge). Definitely worth buying from Dyson store if you’re gifting the product to someone.

Wow I am absolutely amazed at the customer service that was given to me by the telephone support line. The Dyson team have gone above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied to the full extent. They have proven why they are the number one brand for hoovers. The fact that their products are so carefully designed to suit the customers is very credible. I am absolutely delighted with the way that the team have handled my query. 5 stars for a 5 star company!

I bought the pure, humidifier and cooler January 2021. After 2 months using it, the water level stop decreasing. When I first bought it, I need to refill the water tank like every 4-5 days. And there is no sign on the screen/app telling me what’s wrong and what to do. So I first contacted the customer service end March, and I was told that this product probably is faulty and Dyson will arrange an exchange. They told me an engineer will call me “in an hour” to follow up. But nobody rings back. I called them again a few days later, and the same thing happen. They kept sending me through the standard procedure where I have to wait for the engineer to call me back and they never did which is frustrating. And the second time, still no call back. Until the third time, an engineer called back, and she spent 20min trying to figure out what the problem is, but failed to identify. She then told me to do a deep clean, when there is no sign shows the machine needs a deep clean - which required me to buy a cleaning acid. I asked her, what if after the deep clean it still doesn’t resolve the problem? She was like, do the deep clean first and let’s see. I felt unfair that Dyson sent me a faulty product, and asking me to BUY acid myself to clean it and SEE what’s gonna happen next, instead of offering a better solution. Ridiculous! I asked her if she can do an exchange for me, she told me there is non in the stock. I then asked for a refund. Thank god that can be arranged. Overall it’s been very bad experience using the product and customer service. It’s a shame with such a strong technology, the back office operation is so poor and drawing customers away! If you buy from Dyson, better make sure that the product you buy is 100% in good condition. Otherwise, ready to deal with a MARATHON of resolving your issue if anything goes wrong - where Dyson’s approach is always MAKING you keep the product and trying to get away with it.

A week ago I purchased the most incredible and unique invention from a Dyson Airwrap, a Dyson Airwrap is the best thing that happened to my hair, now my hair is always styled beautifully, quickly and simply, thank you very much Dyson for such inventions that make life easier for women. The only small minus I saw when I returned home from your store, opened to examine the Airwrap, and on the nozzle that simply dries hair like a hairdryer, there were two small scratches on it, but this is not a problem at all. I recommend everyone to try this Airwrap, believe me after using the Dyson Airwrap for the first time, after that you will throw away all your hair dryers and combs and will only use Dyson.

Great place to buy Dyson product. A bit small but enough to display their products. They have same promotion as online mall plus, you can get duty free paper not like online. Purchased V10 right after releasing it. Awesome. But hard to carry it to the airport..

I went to the store hoping they can fix or exchange my hairdryer that I bought a year ago. I've tried to contact the company through the phone and social media before but I didn't have a luck with that. But in the store I had one of the best, quickest and most efficient customer service. It made my day. A gentleman helped me straight away (I'm feeling sorry now not nowing his name now). He asked a few details, he checked my hairdryer and then he gave me a new one. I was done in like 7 minutes. I was impressed. He was really helpful and kind. I'm so happy now. Thank you so much for the experience.

Worst customer service ever...never experienced that unrespecful and unprofessional manner. I tried to buy airwrap which came to stock after months. Order was showing completed on dyson website. Then cancelled as it says in the email payment didn't go through. In next day called customer service , member of staff apologised for inconvenience then I made the payment over the phone which confirmed by the same stuff that payment has gone through 100% and I'll be receiving my product within 2 days. After waiting 2 days the product wasn't arrived and had no update email or call from dyson I called dyson again. . Told the whole story and been apologised again. Once again been told order will be on it's was by next day. Another 2 days later nothing happened. Called customer services spoke to member of staff and insisted to put me through one 9f of the senior manager. I have been told that they cannot put me through but they can arrange someone to call me back .After waiting hours and receiving call I have been told problem will investigate and solved soon. Been told and promised to wait for call back within 4 hrs. Which never happened. After waiting 19 hrs considering it may taken longer than it supposed to be I called dyson again. . Member of the staff hanged up on me after I explained whole story. Which was very upsetting and unrespecful unprofessional. Called the customer services and asked to contact the senior mgr who I spoke before. After given his name to phone assistant I have been told again it's not possible to me contact him again as he's not available at that moment. Then I asked for phone call by him to be scheduled. Promised once again I'll be getting in touch within 6 hrs. . And guess what happened..NOTHING I really don't know how many more times I called dyson customer service and end up nowhere and been told issue will resolve and someone will be in touch but no one Calls, emails or texts. I literally spent over 20 hrs over the phone with dyson customer services within a week time. And still no response Gave up paying fortune for the product at the end. It was most helpless and useless customer services. I had the worst experience ever

Excellent friendly staff. You can of course research the product you want online, and get every sort of detail and comparisons you want. And eventually even buy it online. But to get a feel of the product when you are spending 400 bucks... does bring about a peace of mind. Good on Dyson to have this demo store. The store itself is nice and roomy. The staff courteous, informed and not pushy at all. The guy who talked to me, gave me a useful demo, let me fiddle around with the vacuum I wanted, and made no attempt to make me feel guilty about wasting his time when i eventually decided to buy the product online - mostly because of financing which was available only online. I did eventually buy the product online. Well done Dyson, for a great experience.

This is a great store if you want to check a product out before buying. I came to purchase an airwrap which was out of stock on their website for quite some time, and called the store to see if they had any of the long barrels in stock. Beth was super friendly and informative and gave me a lot of information which was not available online. I came in to try the airwrap for myself and Louise the stylist washed my hair and also showed me how to use the airwrap to straighten and curl my hair. My hair looked great and Louise was very helpful and easy to talk to. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting this store if you are able to, before buying a product... way better than buying online!

Do not buy their lower end range vacuum cleaner. I have a top range one and a low range one. The difference is too much than necessary. They literally make the cheap ones not usable so that people will go to the medium to high range products. Not necessary

Dyson we brought our dyson v6 3 years ago and battery stopped holding charge after 14 months spoke to dyson they didn’t want to no. So brought another less than 12 months ago and that has done the same and dyson again not interested to help. All we used it for was stairs and small areas one twice a week then put on its charger. What a total waste of money and time never again will this junk come in to our house. Asking other people this is a common issue.

Great fun - you can talk to staff who know their stuff, and you can play with the models, to see how how they are with anything from breakfast cereal to dust. I went straight home and replaced my heavy 20yo Dyson upright with a new stick at a third of the weight. Glad I visited.

Hands down one of the best customer service in London! Walked in today because I had misplaced my vacuum charger and I needed a new one. The sales assistant, after he helped me figure out what style my vacuum was, told me that I should get in touch with the Customer Service but that he will see if they had any spare ones. Couple of minutes after, one of his colleagues hand me a brand new charger and said that it was free of charge. What a fabulous customer experience!

Wanted to buy a vacuum . Bought it online using my card only to find the order was cancelled . Went back to site and had to buy using PayPal . The £299 taken from my card still hasn't been refunded and I can't get through to anyone . I'm really upset they even allow the card to be a debited .

I came into the Oxford Street store to try the airwrap complete on my difficult hair before I purchase. The staff were very helpful and lovely helped me with demo explained everything so knowledgeable. Unbeknownst to me I was their 100th customer of the day and because they just opened their flagship store in Paris today I got my purchase completely free. Thank you ladies in store and thank you Dyson. Yes I cried but tears of joy and excitement. Much appreciated. Xxx

I had an extremely bad experience with a sales advisor from this store. After I left a comment about this, I came back to the store and had a completely different experience. Two people helped me who were helpful, kind, and knowledgable. I think the customer service completely depends on who you get on the day. Since my second experience was excellent I will rate it 5 stars. I also think my negative feedback was listened to and something was done about it.

I visited this store yesterday (02.03.19). I knew I wanted a dyson for my elderly mother but wasn’t sure which model. I explained this to the manger and she in turn found me a fantastic salesman. The sales guy listened intently to my long list of requirements. He answered all my question throughly and patiently, even when I rang my mother to explain what he had told me. 100% satisfied, could not have wished for better service, my salesman spoke passionately and knowledgeably about the product he was selling, which I found refreshing. I would not hesitate in recommending this store to friends and family. THANK YOU!

Was greeted by a lovely man who kindly showed us how to use the products, but then sadly served at the counter by an extremely rude and sassy woman, who was embarrassingly trying very hard to be nice.... when about to buy my £450 airwrap she diddnt even look at me and told me she was busy. Amazing products but not sure about the customer service, sales assistant wearing black uniform ( maybe managers) was standing behind the counter texting and ignoring customers completely and when we asked for help she was quite unfriendly and rude! This kind of behaviour will damage the brand image which @jamesDyson has been working hard to build in past couple of decades
