I've had an OHME Smart Cable for a while now and it is absolutely brilliant, it has revolutionised how I charge my car and has saved me a huge amount. I've paired the cable with Octopus Agile and Go tariffs so I can see the best times to charge the car.
I have to comment on the outstanding customer service I've also received. I'm changing my car shortly and it has a different type of EV charger to my cable. I contacted them and asked if they sold an adaptor, which they don't, but they agreed to have a look at changing the plug on my cable, which I very much appreciated.
Even better than that they have agreed to swap my cable as it's in such good condition! Truly outstanding customer service going above and beyond what is required, thank you OHME. Keep up the great work.
