The office is efficiently organized. The sign-in officials offer a warm greeting and confirms your appointed time. All staff members and testers are welcoming and immediately puts the client at ease so that the fear and worry about CoVid testing becomes a minimal thought. The test is completed, the results actually become available as advised and one is able to move on with renewed relief and appreciation for a job well done.

Got my COVID fit to fly test here. Very efficient, excellent service certificate arrived well ahead of time. Whole procedure from booking to taking the test was streamlined. The health professionals working there were very professional and extremely friendly, talked me through the whole process. Would 100% recommend.

I have used this PCR testing centre on multiple occasions. They have always had the results to me that day, and the certificate has survived scrutiny by officials in some of the most corrupt countries in the world. A bit on the expensive side, even Harley street in London didn’t cost this much, but very few places offer same day results, so it does not put me off using them. Quick, efficient, reliable.

I recently needed a PCR test with travel cert, to allow travel to my primary residence in Europe, after a Christmas visit to UK. Midland Health service was flawless - easy to make appointment, reasonable cost, and results arrived to schedule. The pdf file I received with my negative status, was checked twice in Europe, and passed scrutiny on both occasions as I crossed borders. Very satisfied.

The centre provided good directions to the centre which has plenty of parking.
All staff were polite and clear about their procedures.
My only negative is the Clinical groups pricing of testing. Being different at each centre Leicester's being the most expensive. Nor are are any of the less expensive test offered .

Booked the service and rescheduled a few times due to the flight cancellation. They have so many people working on the other end of the emails so the response is really fast and what’s more there is no miscommunication even though virtually every time is a different staff replying me. The testing place in Leicester is very spacious with the parking adjacent to it. The staff over there is friendly and know what they are doing. We did the express same day Covid test and the result was back to us before 6pm. Anyways I will definitely recommend it to people!

I went for a fit to fly test. Allthough i don't agree on the prices ( which are the same everywhere), the service was excellent!
Silver was the name of the nurse. Extremly caring and a great personality. She even recognized me from three months before. Amazing!

Good process. Efficient and well 'distanced.'
Results were sent late afternoon the following day -- well before the '10 pm' deadline.
There should be a family rate for 2 or more tests from the same 'bubble'
At £130 each, its rather expensive!

I personally don’t know how to thank you enough for the amazing service. You guys saved me from paying an extra ticket because I was going to miss my flight! Although I paid for the standard PCR test I got my results prior the time we decided upon because I was meant to have the test on me at the airport. The only reason I’m back home with family is your great help in managing to get my test thru. Staff were extremely sweet and helpful and the service was beyond great! Thank you so much.

These are very difficult times and having to have these tests was a very expensive & stressful addition to what was a difficult time for me. An excellent service was provided. Midland Health have been extremely flexible in terms of rearranging my appointment times due to covid related flight restrictions and changes. We were greeted with a smile and the doctor proforming the PCR test on my 18 month old daughter was extremely caring and created a very relaxed environment for us all. We had 3 express PCR tests at 9.30am and the results were with us by 5.30pm that evening. I could not recommend Midland Health highly enough.

I'm absolutely delighed with their service. We arrived 30min earlier but they were able to do make us the test without waiting. The team was kind and even though the test is supposed to be very unconfortable, the lady took the samples carefully and giving us information about the procedure, which was very appreciated. Also the results arrived way earlier than expected, and had no issues on the airport with them.

Had to visit Midland Health for a PCR test in order to travel. Booked a slot online and when arrived we got called within 10 minutes of arrival. The staff were very friendly and the test itself took only a few minutes. The result as promised was received within 24 hrs.
