The showroom being closed we opted for a “virtual appointment” which was easy to book (we got one on the same day). We had a brief discussion for around 45 minutes which mainly consisted of being asked about what our expectations were and what our ideal bathroom would look like. We also spent some time going through online booklets of products and tiles Following on from this I received presentation of our ensuite design, images the fittings and furniture that were in the design as well as a clear breakdown of the price. The team were very quick in answering my questions and were genuine in the advice that they provided. Overall very happy with the service and have decided to go ahead with them.

I went on to use Indesign to redesign and supply products for two of our bathrooms. The whole online consultation with Ali and Ben was really productive and with the help of their designs and plans I was able to see 3-D versions of my rooms. This made picking the products and tiles very easy.
With everything going on they had been very attentive to when I would require my products and did a fantastic job in sourcing these with short lead times.

I can not recommend Indesign Bathrooms and Kitchens enough I visited the showroom in Richmond with very little idea of what I wanted or if my budget would allow me to have the design that I liked I met Ali who guided me through every step for the initial design all the way through to the fully installed bathroom of my dreams all the while keeping my budget and design ideas as the priority.

Arrived at 9:15 last Monday. Shop still closed. The manager finally arrived and asked me aggressively if I have an appointment. No, I thought it was a show-room. I go inside, he apologised he had to work till 2am. After a discussion he promises to send an email I will never receive. Competitors must be better.

We employed Indesign to refurbish our bathrooms & Kitchen. The complete process was made very easy from the site meeting through to consultation. The design team were very patient and extremely professional. Once we finalised the designs we were introduced to the installation team who were on time very polite and kept us informed from start to finish. Progress at times felt slow but the finishing was beyond what we expected. Excellent service thank you to Mark, Umar and Ali.

Indesign worked with us in supplying our family and ensuite bathrooms at our property in Richmond. Overall they advised us on how best to create and make use of the space we had and produced a fabulous design completely free of charge. They also were happy to keep our goods in their warehouse and dispatch them as and when we needed them which was very convenient as we didn't have the space to keep all the goods at the property. Very happy with how it all turned out and would like to thank the whole team at Indesign for creating and delivering on our bathrooms!

Very pleased with the level of service that I received using Indesign for my ensuite shower room. The showroom looks fantastic with a lot of choice and inspiration to take ideas away from. This was especially useful for me as I was in the planning stage of renovations. Overall their approach was super friendly and made it easy to navigate from design through to product selection and clarified any technical questions I had along the way. If you'd like to have guided and expert advice, this is where i'd recommend you to go first. We were looked after well by the team at Indesign and our primary point of contact was Ali, who was extremely helpful in putting together a product spec that worked towards what we initially envisioned for our newly installed loft bathroom suite. What was most helpful was the rendered designs produced, and their willingness to keep making iterations until we were satisfied.

Our design experience with InDesign was fantastic. We had a very small space to work with, so there no wasn't the option to create anything particularly different to what already existed, but Issak and Ali were able to design a space that was light, airy, and improved upon the pre-existing storage options (of which there were limited).
I highly recommend, they were both very responsive and helpful throughout the process.
We did not use InDesign to install the bathroom, so I am unable to comment on their contractors.

Having Indesign work on our bathroom supply was a pleasure. To begin with they were happy to conduct a free home visit for me even though i was based slightly outside their 5 mile radius and offer genuine and helpful advice. My bathroom products (mainly Hansgrohe & Duravit) supplied to me were delivered on time and fitted perfectly to match the modern theme of our house. They were also happy to work with a builder of my choice and provided excellent remote support and even visited us to see how our works were getting on. Have to say that the guys here love what they do and it shows in their commitment to the customer.

While we were generally pleased with the aesthetic of the final bathrooms, Indesign refused to refund some unused and unopened tiles which were oversold in the first place (the order was placed as part of the design package which includes site visit and measurements). Customer service v poor and frustrating with various miscommunications where different stories were given to builders and us.
In the end we had to resort to email only communications to have some written proof of what had transpired.
We were proposed a site visit of two people to come and count the number of tiles used, which we found wholly unreasonable given that they had done the site visit in first place to measure the fittings as well the the sq meters of the tiles required only to have been oversold by 25% of the required amount (£81 per box not exactly cheap). This was after claiming that they gave us extra 2 boxes of tiles on the house as such it will be deducted from the total refund but we were able to prove them wrong with a copy of the invoice and delivery note. At another point they asked if we could bring tiles back to the shop but without guaranteeing that the refund would be given so in the end we did not have time or inclination to pursue any further.
We also had an issue with some tiles for another bathroom which was delivered water damaged and in a mixed batch with a very slight colour difference that ultimately lead to some retiling. So if you are going to pay more, thinking that you are going to get an end to end service, I would shop around.
When faced with a similar situation with 2 other tile companies where we measured and placed the order ourselves, they refunded without question. We are very glad not to have used Indesign for our kitchen too.

These guys are really professional. At the planning stage they listen to what you want but then make it even better.
Where there were difficulties encountered (not their fault) they worked hard to try and rectify them. We did have some problems with builders breaking things in my house but again they fixed this as best they could. There was also a disagreement about whether one of my cupboards should have been painted which they also fixed for no extra charge.
Overall I am really impressed by their attitude, knowledge and service. My finished bathroom looks great. I have already recommended them to someone else who is presently having her bathroom done with them.

We used Indesign for a very small loft bathroom. The job should have been straight forward - replacing a toilet, shower and sink only, and re-tiling. The toilet remained in the same position, the sink and shower swapped positions.
The job started on 8 November and it was a month (4 December) before I was invited to snag. Delays were blamed on the shower screen manufacturer. They also forgot to order the sink (!). On occasions the team would arrive late in the afternoons to do the work - including at 5.30pm on a Saturday night - clearly after spending the rest of the day on other jobs. Finishing work (siliconing) was done at this time and the results were poor. The snagging list was embarrassingly long - the job clearly wasn’t complete when it was presented.
The shower valve had several return visits to get right, eventually it had to be cut out and replaced altogether.
We were left without a door to the bathroom as the floor had to built up so much to get the falls right that the original door would no longer fit. They apparently didn’t realise that this would be required when quoting for the job.
The shower screen leaked and has had several return visits to try and seal, each time Indesign’s solution was to (badly) apply more and more silicon. This didn’t seem right so I read the installation instructions and it transpired the screen was wrongly installed. Indesign aknowledged this and offered to put it right so ordered new parts and today (20 March) the team arrived to refit them. However they were without a manager, they still had no idea how to fit the screen, and parts were still missing. I have now given up on Indesign and will get someone who knows what they are doing to finish the job properly.
I should say that the management team at Indesign were courteous throughout, and always tried to correct their work. However the installation team were poor, the management was poor, the standard of work was poor and despite trying hard, they simply are not capable of getting the job right.
I certainly would not recommend, unless you simply want to use their design service and get a product quote (I found they were not competitive compared to online prices, but I was happy to pay a bit of a premium for what I thought would be a quality service - sadly this ended up being a waste of money).

Required bathroom designs to be done within a tight schedule which they met. Was very pleased with the end result and the guidance provided at the showroom and we ended up purchasing a complete suite of Duravit products from them. Was recommended by a friend who have used them previously for her kitchen and would gladly second that reccomenation.

We hadn't upgraded these for a very long time so we found Emil's friendly, knowledgeable & helpful advice invaluable. He made the whole experience enjoyable & fun so when it came to paying the invoice it didn't feel as bad as it could have been. Indesign Bathrooms prices were fair & less than the Chiswick bathroom showroom rivals. We are very happy to recommend Indesign Bathrooms.
