Outstanding customer service, every person we dealt with was responsive and helpful. I even received a return phone call! We are from Texas and needed a PCR test in a 24-48 hour timeframe and they made it happen! We have used them twice and would highly recommend this group-Thank you!!

DO NOT GO HERE. Total junk show. They do not tell you you need a doctor referral or release of information form filled out before getting your test. I was able to schedule a test just fine without a referral, and when I got swabbed no one asked for my release of information form. When I called for my results 48 hours later I was informed “there was no referral so I can’t release your test results and you will be billed $180.” After at least TEN- count it TEN- phone calls and 3 emails with NW labs and 4 calls to my doctor I finally have my results 3 days later. Can’t wait to get a random bill in the mail due to their gross incompetence, at least I don’t have covid though.
Go to Walgreens or anywhere else DO NOT GO TO NW LABS.

I had to get a covud test to start my new job. After waiting and following up without any response for more than a week with RiteAid and pwn health -who performs the lab test itself, I was able to get set for a same day test with NW Labs and my results were provided in a timely, professional manner. There were no long wait lines either. Also it was free. If anyo e needs reliable test results on time- definitely go here!

Although it was very busy, the employees at NW Laboratory we're very efficient in processing that drive up covid-19 testing. They worked quickly and had signs up to clearly tell you what to do in the process of getting a test. If you want to get a personal copy of your results by email, be sure to give them a completed request form from their website. Otherwise the results will go only to your doctor and your doctor will notify you.

Our company works with Northwest Pathology/Laboratory, and every interaction I have had with their staff has been positive. They are easy to reach, fast, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. In addition to quick turnover on pathology results, they keep us well stocked with supplies for cornea cultures, and promptly replace expired materials. Today we reached out to them because we were out of a specific testing kit, and they re-routed a courier to get it to our office right away. It arrived within 2 hours of my emailed request! I am so impressed with their service, and would highly recommend them.

I was being tested for Covid-19 through my employer and they admitted to swapping my sample with another submission and providing me with false results. Caution to all people getting tested, human error happens even in the most careful environments.

After reading some pretty bad reviews of other blood draw locations, I found Northwest Laboratory with good reviews. I contacted them and spoke with Heather. Heather told me I could come right in. And that they accepted my insurance. So I did and was in and out in 10 minutes. Kim who did the blood draw was professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend anyone to go here and skip any of the other labs.
