Disgusting customer service and I'm going to explore where I can take next steps on a legal front. We ordered alcohol around 11.30pm which showed a 12.10-12.30 delivery time. At 12.40 I phoned and asked what the ETA was, to which he said "on his way" and put the phone down. At 1am I phoned again, and I was slightly irate but at the situation not at him. He then proceeded to tell me I shouldn't swear on the phone, that he knew where I lived and he'd come down and teach me a lesson. is physical violence a way to deal with your appalling business management? The delivery driver arrived around 1.30am. We'd totally forgotten about the order. We also ordered a different beer but he didn't have that so we had to make do. This guy is a crook and he will threaten you with violence if you question him. DO NOT USE.

Working as a musician you work long nights and don't get in till late. Refreshing to know there's an alcohol app that delivers till through the night. Had a few of the band back chilling. A few taps later and we ordered wine and it turn up in twenty minutes. Have shared your app with all my friends. Great idea and service :)

My rating is based on how many successful orders I've had and how easy it is to rectify any issues. I have received countless orders that have been up to scratch and consistently on time unlike the competitors who infuriate me by doubling or even tripling delivery times. ARGGHHH! If something has gone wrong like a missing item I simply report that item as missing and am automatically refunded within days.

If you like good customer service, you won't like this. I received the wrong wine that I ordered. The delivery man also didn't have any change for a £50 note and I was stood waiting on the door step for minutes, while he ran and got some. It says on the website that if you are not happy with the purchase, to email or phone. I received the wrong order so I took a photo on my phone of what it was I received that very evening, as proof that it was the wrong wine. It does not say that if you unhappy with your purchase, please do not open or drink the wine, as this will compromise any refund or replacement. It didn't even state on the reply email if I had actually opened the wine. It just offered me credit for my next purchase. I explained via email that I very much doubt I'll be using the service again as it was a one off and it is very expensive. They add a £10 delivery within the hour on top of overly priced wine itself. The wine they gave me, which I didn't want, lowest price online £5. I paid £20 including delivery. You expect paying that money, you get your money's worth and good customer service. I got neither. Because my email was being ignored, I decided to phone the customer service line. I got offered credit again which I refused and they said they couldn't offer me anything else. They also claimed because I had opened it, it couldn't be refunded. Then it changed to opened but hardly drunk. Then they told me it's on the terms and conditions, which isn't on the website because it's out of date. Basically, the greed of the Manager Wayne Bhagan, who hung up on me, it just shows they aren't happy with going on their promise which is clearly stated on their website. I was hung up on twice. This is absolutely appalling. That is not how you do customer service.

Terrible customer service. Call me to correct my address, I explained I am not sure what is the correct one but the location obtained by APP is just where I am. I said I can go downstairs to collect it, but he is keep saying you are talking rubbish, stop talking..... I need correct post code. Seems that they can delivery door to door. But when it just delivered, I got call to pick up downstairs, so,,,, Total speechless, this poor customer service.

Who knew you could get alcohol delivered all night, every night? Searched for drink deliveries on Google and this company came up top. I ordered over the phone and was able to pay on arrival. My girlfriend had a bottle of Prosecco and I had some Coronas. The lady in the office gifted me with a discount code to use on my next order. Very satisfied customer

DANGER, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, i normally do not ever ever bother to write a review no matter how bad of experience, the driver turned up with 10 cans, (a tray of 24 ordered) coming in to my house taking the mobile phones he could see on the table and other valuables threatening if you dont pay the full amount, i.e you order 24 cans a tray, they give you 10 and claims still same price as different online. I have reported to the Police and will report to Inland Revenue. This company is not genuine, they do threaten girls....................AVOID AT ALL COST

The order was 1 hour and 30 minutes late, despite the fact that we paid £29 for express delivery (30 mins or less). On top of this, when I tried to contact customer services I was redirected to another line to which I received no answer again.
When the delivery guy finally arrived he was as baffled as we were as he didn't even receive the job until well over 39 minutes post order, he had received the wrong information and was told we had only ordered half of what we had paid for and when he tried to contact the office he was also greeted with no response.
Having tried this for the first time I can safely say that from here on out I will be adjusting my time accordingly to allow for a supermarket trip.
Excellent premise, appalling execution.

DO NOT USE BEWARE The man who called me was VERY rude and aggressive, I couldn't believe how aggressive he was to me, since I'm very polite and friendly, he asked for further directions and was so aggressive and angry in how he spoke to me, I asked him why are you being so hostile? he apologised then said delivery would come, then called back five minutes later saying he would not deliver because of hostility..(later realised this was an excuse to not deliver and take my money)
Very odd and dodgy, my boyfriend was asleep at the time. Then I cancelled through the app and assumed he had cancelled THEN a random man showed up at the door at 5:45 am I looked out window he had no bag in his hand not with any goods not by any parked car or vehicle and was buzzing like a maniac I woke my boyfriend he said he will call the police if he doesn't go, I've been charged £24 I have contacted deliveroo and they have apologised on their behalf, refunded me and taken the report seriously. This is not a fake review, that seems to be the excuse for other similar reviews by women, I can back all of this up with evidence I'll be reporting to companies including inland Inland for aggressive behaviour to a woman, poor practice and showing up like that. I will also be reporting to the inland revenue.
Extremely dodgy company. Avoid at all cost.

ordered 40 cigarettes from these jokers. after at least 3 hours of waiting and being told the drivers 25 mins away my delivery never arrived. driver was very apologetic after i called him on his mobile and he told me he only drives for them and hes at home. expect a visit from me very soon. hungry house get a 1 star for this as well. Updated to respond to the message below: I had to raise a PayPal dispute in the end and was refunded after nearly 4 weeks (and have all the mails to prove it), so the owner response is incorrect.

Sad to say we have used this company many times but each time they have delivered warm beers and champagne. The least they could do is provide chilled drinks. Furthermore, they always have a problem with their card machine so the poor delivery driver has spent over 45 minutes trying to process the visa card. Not very professional. Personally, on this basis, we would never use this company again. Furthermore, this unethical company state they are open 24/7 - absolute lies. This company should be shut down.

Ordered online and for some reason it didn't register or go through. Spoke with Lavinia initially just to ask eta but we didn't realise the order hadn't been processed. Called back to ensure the driver had my correct number and Lavinia was exceptionally polite and more than helpful in re-ordering my purchase and expediting my delivery. Excellent customer service and attitude baring in mind it was 2.30am! I know customer service is the job in hand here but it's rare to put the phone down and feel that someone cares about both their job and also the customer. Thank you Lavinia! Only reason for the 4/5 is from the phone call I got back to let me know that a bottle of prosecco I initially ordered but was out of stock, had been found. I appreciated the call and the good news but found the chap that called rather abrupt and dismissive. Delivery was very quick and delivery man very pleasant to deal with too :)
Also as an addition, I completely disagree with Shaq's review that this is a fraudulent company. They actually wouldn't take payment over the phone when I asked and the drivers do chip and pin or cash on delivery.

45 people in my house, Dj Pumping & and run out off boooze!! A quick google shows up this company. Ordered online, quick payment was sent live updates on google maps as the delivery driver was getting closer.
Delivered in under 15mins!!! Can't believe it!! And manager threw in extra bottles of beers + wines!! Top Company with defo order again!!!

Once In a while all of us have had that desire to order some drinks late at night. While mostly the common sense hold out, however when you are having an awfully good week and friends around. Who cares? Right!
So Google our ever reliable friend brought us to "Deliver Me Drinks" the order process was pretty smooth, so extra delivery charges for guaranteed quick delivery only made ever more sense. There goes the technology, full marks.
Now as the clock struck one hour we realise that time can be pretty quick (not for the first time). Everyone gets late once in a while, we will be refuelling soon.
As our previous drinks began to give away, we realise that it's actually now two and a half hours. Yet we have not received our order, a jagerbomb box and a bottle of wine and some crisps, we didn't ask for much though.
Well we gave a call to the Deliver me drinks, the guy in the phone was very apologetic and said that he would get back to us soon. Another half hour gone like nobody's business.
We called again And he told us that the driver is right outside and had some trouble finding his way.
I went downstairs to collect my order, the driver was a kind guy though looked quite tired or possible drunk (maybe my imagination).
I collected the order and was shocked that wine was missing.
On bringing it up with driver, he had no clue. He said that he will have to call office. So I waited, feeling like an idiot for deciding to break an old time rule of myself.
He got off the phone and old me that he will be back asap with the wine bottle and off he went. I was so disgruntled to challenge or remark anything at this point.
Well who wants jagerbombs at 04:30 in the morning, they are welcome to pick it up from my home.
We waited for wine bottle and yet again after half n hour when my gut feeling started telling me that it's over for good now. I decided to make a call to the deliver me drinks again.
Now hold your breath I could not reach them, despite trying many times.
it was my friend who decided to vent out some of the frustration on them. So she googled their number and called them, here deliver me drinks pick up straight away, how we may help you.
Well it was not pleasant what follows. I deeply regretted, so called again to say sorry and ask for a refund. Hold your breath guys and possibly disgust, I could not reach them, did they blocked my number?
No it's not possible, I called again from my friends cell and once again "deliver me drinks, How I may help you?"
That's was all I needed, I hang up and decided to call it a night.
After all you can't have everything your way in the most outstanding of the weeks of your life, it's life after All, isn't it!
