I've never been seen at this surgery before and can honestly say I will never go there again. I spent no more than 3/4 minutes with a doctor, who continuely talked over me and didn't let me explain my history with similar problems. I wasn't given the chance to talk as she kept cutting me off and it seemed like she wanted me out of the room ASAP!! I walked away feeling really upset and angry. I appreciate the Covid-19 situation, but there are people with other issues that don't seem to get a look in. Very disappointed. I shall now try to make another appointment with my regular surgery.

Very good service here generally. My grandma is elderly and frail with dementia, and if urgent, we can get home visits same day (with her dementia she kicks off if we go into the doctors so I try to avoid it!). Caring for someone with dementia full time is tough but it does make life easier knowing we have a good doctors who will come see her when needed. Tarring Pharmacy which is within the same building is also great and deliver all my grandmas medications.
For myself the experience is slightly different as often can't be seen for a routine thing for 2 weeks, although if you ring at 8am on the day for an urgent issue, you can usually be seen same day.

Been a patient here for a number of years now and honestly this one superb practice, I am so lucky that my family can access this surgery.
The staff are helpful and friendly, and the receptionists manage the appointments extremely well under what I can imagine are difficult austerity time’s.
I have never been left wanting for an appointment when me or my family needed one.

Great unless you actually want to reserve an appointment. I'm working away from home, called with one day in mind, provided a weeks notice and offered to take ANY time during that day and couldn't be accommodated. Yes I can call at 8am but I need to manage my time around my own calendar (in order to keep paying my NI). Why not take a Saturday you ask? Well I'd need to wait three weeks for one of them....

The beat surgery in Worthing. Friendly receptionists. Dr's all very professional and understanding as well as informative. Despite being overwhelmed with patients due yl other surgeries closing they always find an option. You may not get an appointment straight away but a doctor or practitioner will always do a call back the same day and if needed at this stage will get you an appointment.

I have been asked by my doctor to book a follow up appointment in relation to my mental health 2 weeks after my initial visit (a Wednesday). I rang on the Monday before the requested Wednesday and was told I would need to ring back on the Wednesday as they cant book appointments before the day. I rang back today (Wednesday in question) at 10:30am (My first break time at work) and was told I should have rung up sooner, all appointments have gone. I'm livid at this "Cant book appointments in advance" rubbish. If it wasn't for the fact that the Doctor in questions computer system was so appalling then he would have booked me in at my initial appointment 2 weeks in prior!! But his system crashed, so he couldn't do it. All of a sudden its impossible for receptionists to perform such a menial and simple task... I'm fuming, all this doesn't assist my mental health problems which i am trying to see my doctor to resolve!!!

Have been registered with this doctors since birth, have never had and issue with any doctors there they have all been great surpportive and helpful, as for the receptionist they are rude,bulshy and believe they are qualified doctors due to 2 different accounts of receptionist being negligent and un-helpful I have had a very personal and draining health issue that has left me with no confidence with this surgery anymore.. can not believe that they treat patients the way they do (receptionist not doctors) truly hurt and let down will be seeking new surgery as will my family, due to the stress and upset it has caused the family.

Moved house, 2 minutes down the road from original house and was told by St Lawrence receptionist that if i change my address on the system that I would still be able to go there. Only to receive a letter 2 weeks later saying that I am no longer allowed to attend the surgery. Rang the reception and queried this following my previous conversation and they just said 'sorry you must have been given the wrong information'. I have been with the surgery for 18 years and must of had a hand full of appointments, no harm to them to keep just myself on their books. I should of just kept my address as the old one..... but that would be fraudulent.

Outer practice boundaries
In 2012, all GP practices were asked to agree an outer practice boundary. Outer practice boundaries are an expansion of a GP's original catchment area. Whereas in the past you may have had to register with a new GP even after only moving a few streets away, these outer boundaries can be a way to stay registered with your old GP.
