Staff were friendly, seated quickly and the food was good,. Only issue was the buffet choice, seems everyone wanted the pepperoni but only one came out in the 40 minutes we where there.

They say there is no food when entering just past 10pm even though it says close at 11pm just lies I see other reviews had sane experience they just want to leave early .

We chose this branch over another nearby one as it had better Google Maps reviews. The place was busy just past lunchtime but we were seated quickly, all the staff were super friendly and the food was mostly served up quickly too, hot and neat. The salad bar was the best I've seen in a Pizza Hut, fully stocked and immaculately clean with fresh looking everything, clean plates and bowls too. We had a menu pizza, free salad each and refill drinks, plenty of food for two and probably even three people to be honest. Nicest experience I've had at one of these for a long time.

Food was OK. Service was OK but we had some issues. Toilets were not good and no handsoap in either. Reported and it got sorted in the gents. No ice in ice machine. The drinks despenser had run out of flavour and again this was reported and I think sorted. The real issue was no organisation. Our waiter was polite and friendly but very rushed and this meant our table wasn't cleared until my wife prompted them as our kids ice cream melted while they waited for spoons as there were no spoons at the machine and we had to ask twice. It was sunny and as we paid we were told there was a blind that could have been lowered... The kids were all a bit ratty with the heat by then.
I have been to other pizza huts before and they have been great but this one was not up to their normal standards.

Always reliable. The buffet is not the most interesting food that money can buy in the heart of London, but it's always tasty and if - like me - you have a big appetite, then it can fill you up and have a good range of food choices available.

Staff were great and we entered but were rather slow when it came to service. Only two other families downstairs. Also salad bar was rather empty and no attempt to fill it while we were there.

No welcome, no one attending for 10mins for a takeaway service. Rude staff, not spoken to by any member of staff.
Once ordered no time given for wait, when asked how long we were given a short snappy response.
Staff were rude and impolite to other customers.
