Food was great, cute place, good location. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the restroom was 2 floors down, and the server was delayed in getting our drinks and check.

This branch is a huge down. The open bar salad was messy and the dressings are disgusting. The soda dispenser dispenses almost like water type of consistency and taste.
They need to improve this branch and overall interior is outdated therefore not a very good place to est let alone have a lively dinner date.

I tried the lunch buffet. Less options than I expected (3 different flavours of pizza, garlic bread that tastes like the edge of pizza n not garlicky at all, salad, and plain pasta with red or white sauce, doesn't include drinks) but considering the low price it's not too bad. Staff manner could be improved though.

Management let a group of young people to act incredibly inappropriate with loud noise & throwing things. Customers complained & several left including us. Horrible experience

It can get very busy as it is in the middle of town. I found all the staff very good and helpful . But at the end of the day it is a Pizza. Hut and they are much the same as each other I only gave it four as there was a lot of noise kids it the time and I was trying to have lunch

It's not easy for a fast food/chain restaurant to get higher than a 4 star average rating and it really shows. This is one of the best pizza huts I've been to with helpful service, fresh food and a good atmosphere. Turn up early or make a reservation as they run out of seats very fast.

Live pizza hut. Felt a bit abandoned by the waiter, could not get his attention to ask about the menu. Food was good, glad to be able to buy beer/cider. Prices were expensive, as expected in the city.

Went here with a group of about 90 people. We had the entire basement floor reserved for us. We had the all you can eat formula. The rate at which they brought new pizza was insane. Really good food too, lots of choise in the salad bar.

Food was delicious and everything is lovely, very spacious only issue is wait time between finishing food and getting the bill is a little long, that’s the only issue in my opinion.

Had to walk down quite a few flights of stairs to get to the toilets,other than that,food was great, staff were polite and friendly, we got a good meal deal. Would definitely visit again

Food was fab but were hurried out the door our left over pizza was shoved on the bottom of the pile of plates so no chance of taking that home for the kids ( as we normally do ) and the £5 .50 desert well I took a pic it's on here I would of got better from Lidl or Tesco

It wasn't good. I waited ages for my pizza to arrive and then it was the wrong one and was cold anyway. I then waited ages for my correct order to turn up. The restaurant wasn't even busy.

We all know the hut pizza is fantastic but I now want to write about the desserts. The cookies with ice-cream are like a piece of heaven and the cake – the cake is definitely worth the calories. I don’t know how they make their ice-cream, but it is definitely their own recipe and it is great. I strongly recommend when in pizza hut to leave a little space for desserts.

Great Family restaurant when dining with kids. Good value for money meals with the consistent pizza hut level of yummy, thick based pizza's. Add on value with unlimited salad bar...only schlepp is bathrooms and baby changing facilities are three floors down via stairwell

Best place to have Pizza at a reasonable price in Central London. There are lot of options to choose from a la carte to buffet lunch/dinner which comes up with unlimited fresh salads to explore on during the weekdays. Plenty of varieties to choose from and very friendly staff. Expect a queue to be seated during peak hours.

SHOCKING !!...... used pizza hut for years including this one.....today ....very litte pizzas on offer...mostly bare plates......staff didnt give a hoot.....so little food when people pay 8.49 each....for one little snatched peice of pizza (and a dry bit )....not good enough
the FAT FAMILY were sitting by the window.near where the pizzas were supposed to be. and every time a meagre pizza turned up ..( Shame on the mother to allow their son to blow himself up this way ) .they snatched most of it....and others who had gone to wait....i do hope there is cctv in there...please look........only one once two pizza choices available at any one time...when they did turn up..they were snached by people near the pizza counters...(a party from down stairs had boxes )....do not know how this place is able to get away this it...

to be fair was served by samual h as i have been many times....and said i wasnt happy,,,,,,he knows the situation ....but i got a WEAK appology .when i complained.......im not one to complain easily ......
no other staff on view today ...just one girl who came up with her arms crossed......

The restuarant itself is clean, and welcoming, but due to the lack of food. wont be going to this one ever again...
ps do not blame in any way samuel who served me....he seemed to be everywhere doing it all.....not his fault whatsoever

Good. I liked my pizza. The drinks were ok. Prices acceptable. The service was ok too. Only the buffet looked a bit a mess. Maybe they could put a cleaner to check the toilets as it was full of paper on the floor.

We ended up being sat by the door so wasnt a very relaxing experience. Staff seem friendly and food was nice. Toilets aren't very nice and a very long way down.

One star is one star to many, poor customer service is a understatement.
Went to the toilet, someone had been sick all over, so i couldn't use it, I reported it to the staff., gave it 15 minutes or so returned to the toilet hoping to use it found it exactly the same state.
I then asked if i could any other toilet to be told NO!!
Totally disgusting place and staff..
I will never return to anypizza hut again..

Good experience, the staff were kind and really patient. Didn't constantly come over to our table to rush us but didn't ignore us either, even had a nice conversation with the gentleman serving us.

No cocktails were available (reason: bartender wasn't working. Why manager couldn't prep cocktails?); crisps tasted awfully, like oil they were fried in was never changed. My wife's Veg Flatbread was very dry and they forgot to add mushrooms, but it was covered with the double portion of red onions instead. Rocket salad tasted weird, like it was outdated or stored improperly.
My pan pizza was fine, but I had to ask twice for the dip to my Cheesy Bite Bites (which comes with the dish).
