Hoped for a nice traditional Italian pasta meal and ended up with a box of bland, disgusting, oily cheesy pasta instead. Firstly when they begin serving you by taking the pasta, placing it in a box and in front of your eyes shoving it in the microwave and in no way fresh just reheated garbage. Once beginning to eat my 'meal' I realized that the box was more a bathtub and that my pasta was swimming in an inch of oil.
Overall the best part of my meal was the can of Coca-Cola I had.

Came in for English breakfast tea which I enjoyed. Did not try the pizzas as I am eating elsewhere today. Vegetarian option.
Power points and USB points for laptop and mobiles, no WiFi available but there is a washroom in the basement.

Super little pit stop pizza bar. If you are looking for a quick bite that is reasonably priced, then this the Soho place for you as you pass through the area. Genuinely Italian, well the staff were speaking Italian, at least, maybe too much, but added to the atmosphere. Plus, big plus, you can can have a good sized glass of reasonably priced wine. Always helps when writing a review. The coffee I had was delicious much better than many of the hip coffee bars spouting all of London, many with bitter coffee that is not to my taste.

Stays open late which is a plus. Pizza was OK, but not crispy enough for my liking. Extremely fast service (in and out in a few minutes!).

Went there with a friend for some quick bites as we were starving. The pizzas looked delicious and inviting so we went there for a bite. I had the artichoke cheese pizza and my friend had the eggs tomato pizza. We got some tomato sauce pizza as well.
In my honest opinion the pizzas tasted below average but maybe that was the pizzas we chose. There wasn’t much flavor it was bland. The pasta was the same and I just ate it as I was hungry. For the food I’d give it 3 stars but an extra star for the staff as they were very Friendy and welcoming and that’s essential in F&B

Portions are big and prices are low.
There are 4-5 different dishes of pasta and about 10 choices for pizza.
Lazania also are excellent!
A beautiful little shop with good quality food and reasonable prices!

Okay. got the NEZ app deal so good price i suppose. But the pasta is very generic home made by anyone taste. a bit lacking in sauce after being microwaved. generic home taste but quite expensive. better to just make your own pasta at home. The pizzas look good tho.

If you like pasta with minimal toppings heated up in a microwave in front of your face, then come here. From the outside it looked good but don’t be fooled. Pizza was average at best

Absolutely terrible. This is a place where you have to order on arriving, pay and then take the food to your table. This was not explained by the hostile person ‘in charge’ of the joint, and the pizza was dry and tasted of lard. The prices aren’t bad but the overall the experience was on a par with Macdonald’s. Don’t bother.

I used to love this place in Leicester square and now I'm very happy to see it come to Soho. Very good pizza at a very reasonable price to have in or go. All of the pizza is put in an oven to make sure it's piping hot and the base is deliciously crispy. I like the courgette one most but the margarita especially with buffulo mozzarella is to die for. I get it to go mostly and almost always burn my mouth so be warned. Very nice and light pizza however for on your way home to soak up some booze or if you're in a rush!

Excellent pizza, specially for the price! I also had a pistachio cannoli which was super delicious! This place would be the best place to eat after drinks, but it's just a shame it closes so early in Fridays and Saturdays

Great portion size but pasta a little dry and lacking in flavour, had to add a lot of salt and pepper. Was disappointed the Garlic pasta on the menu on the website wasn't available.

My pasta, which came from the display pots, was heated up but remained cold in the middle. I gave it back, explaining that I didn't want to risk part-reheated food and they reheated it again. Our kids didn't finish their pizza and pasta. Disappointing and possibly risky reheating policies.

I do usually like this place to eat, but the price has become a joke.
The advertised price on the website is also incorrect. The price for a large pasta ( Heat and take away ) is now £7 (not £5.50 & the pizza is also priced incorrectly )which I find to be excessive for a cold pasta heated up in the microwave. The price has gone up twice in 8 months. Plus today when I visited I was asked if I would like parmesan to which I replied yes...Only to find that when I arrived at the office to sit & eat that it was in fact mozzarella cheese. The pasta was not the best today quite tasteless and in knowing that I could do it better just annoys me. I do believe that I have been inspired.... I will be cooking my own from now on.

Just enjoyed a mouldy pizza in the company of denying staff that, when asked for a refund, handed me a piece of paper with a phone number on telling me to call the manager myself. Absolute disgrace.

Good looking pizza, good fast food. One of my selections was probably kept warm for too long. Clean tables and quite tidy. Grateful for the plentiful power sockets and USB charges at the tables by the walls.

Extremely rude stafff. No engagement what so ever, obviously don't want to be there. Wasn't going to leave a review but watching the young lady blow her nose wipe her hands on her apron and not even attempt to go wash her hands is disgusting, and I hope they get a visit from environmental health.

Unfortunately you have to give one star... The brash guy behind the counter didn't seem to understand the concept of MealPal (you order your meal in advance to collect without standing in line) - he just pointed me to the end of the line. When it was my turn, he put the salad in the same little box where the pasta carbonara was. After he asked me if I wanted the salad on top. When I said no, he just shrugged and said it was to late. Normally I don't wright bad reviews. But the food was really bad. The pasta had the consistency of a toe nail. And I didn't know there was carbonara without eggs nor ham. Instead it was basically plain and very hard pasta. Don't think I will show up again.
