Asra House Residential Care Home - Sanctuary Care

Staff are amazing. Food is delicious and well balanced. Asra house is well managed, and buzzing with activity. So relieved our Mum is there and settling in.

Very friendly staff , clean and friendly environment

Working as a volunteer for nearly two years at Asra House Residential Care Home, I feel really cared for from the manager Dina and all the staff members. I can talk to them any time for help and the atmosphere is very friendly. The care and wellbeing of the residents is very important for us. I am proud to be apart of this wonderful Care Home.

The Manager Dina and her staff have always been very helpful and making my mum very comfortable and looking after her needs. It is a relief to have such a great support from Dina the Manager, especially when I live in Australia. Keep up the great work Dina and keep smiling as always. My thanks to her and all the staff especially Shabirbhai for involving my mum with painting. It keeps her happy????

I am the daughter of a resident at Asara house. I looked at 7 care homes before deciding to take my dad at Asara house . I am visiting here from USA and for the last 7 days, I have been visiting my dad, Mr.Raja from 10.00 am to approx 6.00pm My observation: The facility is clean, The food is cooked fresh everyday and is a well balanced diet. I have had few meals while I have been visiting. Security wise: the door is safe & the logging system is good. I had forgotten to sign few times and they made sure & observed my times of going in & out, even though they had a busy schedule. The staff work as a team & all are trained to do all the jobs. The transition of the shift is so smooth as well, which makes the residents life easier and they don’t have anxiety during shift changes. All the staff seem to have good knowledge of each individual resident which means the communication between the staff & the resident is good. They also seem to have good knowledge of medical side. They seem to be on top of things and handle any situation as a challenge. They take time to talk to the family members. The make sure each resident has had a good meal & don’t miss out on anything. Could not ask for more for my dad. Jagruti
