I was going to take this to the boss personally.. but roxanne Allen assured me she would laugh and not take this seriously.. so I thought I'd leave a review.. she is a bully.. abused my partner calling him frankstien, and then laughed at my child.. she should not be working with vulnerable, DO NOT ALLOW YOUR FAMILY MEMBER TO GO TO SUCH A RAN DOWN CAREHOME.. I was a career myself, and never spoke to someone online like she has tonight.. my daughter has a portwine stain.. on her face.. so imagine how she would treat someone none verbal.. disgusting behaviour

One of the worst homes I've ever worked in hence why I left! Jay the owner is just a penny pincher, staff do their best with what they work with, constantly asking the manager/owner for things they need to care for their residents and just not getting anything back from them! It's the staff that keep that place going! The home itself is so run down looks awful! Jay only buys the value stuff from tesco! For the amount those poor service users have to pay and they get basics! This place needs shutting down or some serious amounts of money thrown at it!

I take my dog to visit on quite a regular basis, he is very well behaved the residents love to have a cuddle we have a sing song while we are there I went this morning only to be told we were not welcome any more for health and safety reasons. I worked there for many years and pets were always allowed in. The home had changed hands and I believe the values that used to make Pinglenook the best home have now changed. It is a shame the elderly need to have something to look forward to,

My Auntie Freda has recently joined the residents at Pinglenook. She was in quite a poor state after having a Stay in Hospital. She is kept clean, very well fed happy and content. She is looking much better after only a few weeks. The staff are wonderful, a really happy bright bunch which keeps Fredas sprits up. Megan and her team are brilliant in my eyes. I have worked in many care and private homes in my capacity as hands on carer and welfare officer providing care in the community for the elderly. Pinglenook really deserves a 5 star Rating.

Very very poor. Staff are helpful, but the place is falling to bits. Really poor.
