My Mum lived there for 3years. when she wasn't self funding anymore all.of a sudden they couldn't cope with her demands (that was what Clifton Manor Said) just short of her 90th Birthday they told us they couldn't cope with her any more so they issued an eviction notice on a Frail 90yr Old with Dementia. We eventually found her somewhere new in Beeston where she spent the remaining 6 months of her life somewhere ,where they understood her needs and she felt wanted and loved. So Clifton Manor hang your heads in shame and I hope your Mum does not go through the same trauma as my Mum did ?

Although the care home appears to treat the residents adequately they do not look after the staff, whatsoever. They are overworked and understaffed on a consistent basis. They do not receive support from the lazy and incompetent managers and senior members of staff and go unrewarded for their extensive efforts put in. From my point of view the care home looks to put on glowing professional front, but in reality every expense is spared to increase margins and profits. Unfortunately the lack of care for the staff will no doubt end up with neglect of the residents.... Your family members.

Absolutely dreadful, staff are treated appalingly by management and senior members, expected to go 13 hours sometimes without a break and never get any appreciation for the lengths they go to whilst the higher ups sit behind a desk barking orders. Management have been known to scream at their staff and force overtime not to mention not even allowing them dinner. Some of these good reviews on here are by management and their families don't believe everything you read. If this is how theyre treating their staff would you really want your family here.
