Excellent work, as I can't thank the staff for all the work that they do. Ward was clean and tidy, staff were helpful and very kind and friendly, especially thanks to the nice young blonde nurse who was helping out. "if that's ok".

Mr Kersey Consultant Ophthalmology did a procedure for me and he is true professional, all went very well and I am extremely satisfied. All the Staff at Parkside was equally professional so I highly recommend The Parkside Suite at Frimley hospital.

Wow, definitely 5 star care from both S.A.U. to being moved to Parkside as an NHS patient (due I understand no beds on surgical ward). Such wonderful, professional and above all friendly care. Thank you all

I was very pleased with and impressed by your private GP service. The lady on the phone was very helpful and gave me a very short notice appointment. The doctor was charming and gave me a thorough examination. It really was like visiting your GP many years ago. My family and I will certainly use this service again if we need to

I have visited parkside suite second time in 2 months. Most of the staff are nice but both the time i faced some nursing staff who really don't care. I needed regular dressing after Op and one time one nurse just threw some dressing which fell off by the time i went home. In recent visit one the nurse kept my one day open wound without bandsge for 7 hours! And just keep telling me keep walking when i had operation just a day before.

My other half was told I could get free parking if I used the car parking facilties, even though she was an NHS patient. I went to get my ticket validated and they refused because she was an NHS patient. Whilst asking, a nurse was incredibly short tempered with me. Shouting accross the room at me and interrupting a conversation I was already having in the process. If you want to spend your money on private healthcare. Avoid this place, that nurse shouldn't be allowed to work with people, let alone paying customers. Not to mention the imcompetnecy of not knowing their own parking policy in the first place. If any managers are reading this, the nurse has short greying hair, is elderly and wears glasses, she was on the long stay reception tonight. I reccomend you let her go. I'll also be following this up with a formal complaint, I fully expect to be refunded for my ticket

No one likes a stay at hospital, but if you do need to go, Parkside Suite is pretty bloody good. Good facilities, nice rooms and good food. Most importantly all the staff (porters, nurses and doctors) were all friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, professional, efficient and always happy to help.

I am sorry to write this review but this is based on my experience. Night staff not friendly at all. To start with I have rung bell to ask for pain relief then I have member of staff walking in like cowboy, rough speaking to me not considering I am in pain by saying she will be going around in the little while and then I can have my painkillers. And on top of that suggested me to stretch out apparently to ease my pain and I just had surgery.  I asked if I can have hot drink, respond I had is that my husband can go to find coffee machine around the corner and bring me drink. Quit rudely telling my husband that visiting time is finishing and he must leave,my husband was so worried to leave me with this staff mamber .Also I must say that this women was not going much apart from having chat with another member of staff at reception for such a long time. Maybe she was upset that I called for help. Later I did ask other member if I can have someone else come in when I ring bell as I don't want to deal with attitude women and her respond was of course. But still nothing changed. The worst part is when you can hear that this unprofessional with ziro politeness gossiping about you. Apart from this horrible experience with unfriendly staff, place looks lovely and clean. If any senior staff wants to contact me regarding my post or know names feel free to contact me . 02/01/2018(night stayed )Mrs Hennessy.
