My Mum was in Parkmanor Care Home for nearly four months and I would like to be able to give ten stars. The staff were truly wonderful and amazing people. Mum was cared for with great compassion and understanding of her every need....even from the moment we arrived. Mum was very peaceful and content in Parkmanor and I also felt part of their 'big family'.Every effort was made to keep me updated with Mum's care plan and condition....and when I visited there was always a welcoming smile.
The food provided was lovely, and Mum was given a great choice of what was available for her meals....and the staff always remembered her 'favourites'...
Parkmanor was simply the best place for my Mum to be in her last days on this Earth....

Hi Park Manor is a nursing home it's OK the staff are friendly and people in there seem happy
