I had a truly lovely experience at the Harbour Hospital today, having to attend my first Consultant appointment. From the minute I arrived, I was offered dignity and respect. The technology to register facial recognition and a wrist temperature check was simple and smooth, and I was even given a surgical face mask to wear which is now apparently customary. I couldn't have had a better experience.

I was lucky enough to come here as a day patient on the NHS. Wonderful staff and exemplary service. If you have the money to come here then don't hesitate - you can't take it with you and all the extra comfort & privacy us more than worth it. Can't recommend enough. Thank you all so much for looking after me ????

Why does the hospital have a recorded message saying they reopen at 0800 on Monday 30th December? This message was on all day of 30th and is still on now. The surgeon's secretary does not respond to emails or phone messages. How are post operative infections and problems to be reported when no one can be contacted?

Have attended this hospital on many occasions and been very pleased with the level of care and staff in the past, unfortunately they have recently empowered - what can only be described as a cowboy parking firm - to run the carpark. Having thought I had registered my vehicle at reception as the signs request I received a parking ticket and despite providing written evidence to the company that I had attended an appointment I am now being chased for a £100 parking charge. Real Shame and something that means I would like to attend the hospital again....be very aware of using the carpark!

My mum went in for a knee replacement, it went wrong and consequently she is now bed bound and will never walk again. She was told however “ she could always buy a wheelchair”

Very poor admin, only accepted faxes no email, cancelled my consultation twice - once when I was on the way to the appointment and couldn't offer an alternative date. Do not recommend.

Came in for a major operation .. everyone espically the ward staff and Mr webster have been amazing and have made the experience stress free as possible for someone who came in for major surgery totally terrified and emotional. Habour hospital is the best and thank you
