I ordered a messenger bag on 2nd March but due to shortages with clasps my bag took a while to arrive. However, I was kept up to date with progress all along the way and they did give me the option to cancel my order if I wanted to (no way I was gonna do that, I'd been eyeing it up for weeks!). It arrived very well package and I'm so chuffed with it, its beautiful ????. I would definitely recommend Village Leathers
