As you would expect from a high end store, the service I received was excellent (thank you Karen). I visited on an extremely hot day and I was immediately ushered into the seating area where the fans were and offered a cold drink. After my purchase, I sat and chatted with Karen and a lady from Lithuania for ages (I hope your manager was ok with that) which made my experience even more special. I wish I could experience the Mulberry effect more but alas my bank balance will not allow it...

Spent a small fortune in here would have given it five stars, however it would have been a nice little touch if there was a glass of Prosecco (champagne would have got 6 stars) while waiting for our purchases

Love this store! I visited the store twice in the week. I ordered online and went for a collection. Collection was dealt with swift and effortless by a quick transaction of order number and ID. The sales adviser was very polite and courteous- with the offer of a seat and refreshment whilst I waited.
As always with Mulberry the products I ordered were of exceptional quality!

I had a awful experience here, I went in with my mum so she could purchase a lily there and we were just ignored. This disgusted us as she was prepared to spend a small fortune on this bag. I managed to get some attention so we could talk about this bag to someone, we were then told to sit down (which I was happy about, thinking i had got somewhere with them). We waited for around 10 minutes for this man to come back with a answer about the Lily, while we were waiting i was trying on the many bags such as the Willow, Bayswater and Pochette's and while i was doing that two store employees came and made a show of counting all the display bags near where we were sitting, this made my mum feel very uncomfortable . If i was going to steal a Mulberry bag wouldn't i steal a more expensive bag than one which was £275! Because i was tired of waiting i called the Mulberry store on Knightsbridge and managed to reserve a Lily within 5 minutes.
