I have on numerous occasions been so impressed with the team at Paydens. Once again today they have gone above and beyond to track down my mothers prescription and arrange delivery for tomorrow.

Would give no stars at all if the system allowed it! Consistently poor, I’m afraid - not just the odd bad experience. Very poor stock control, both of pharmaceuticals and general merchandise; constantly missing or incomplete or misplaced prescriptions (and always somehow the customer’s fault). My final experience with them was to be told insistently that a prescription had been delivered to my house when it hadn’t - and even being shown a signature which simply did not come from anyone in the household! Paydens was my local pharmacy, but I now drive to the other side of town, where there is an excellent pharmacy which is the opposite of this one in every way!

Very reluctant to help out, very often too lazy to check what's in, and I've been sent back and forth several times to be told different things, but with some persistence, they will "miraculously find it for you". Happened 4 times, would rather go boots for it but it's the closest one to me.

Great location under the doctors surgery. A car park at the rear of the pharmacy is handy if needed. Always friendly staff and quick service. Excellent.

Staff were unhelpful and slow, and offered no alternatives or advice when they couldn't help. Lack of knowledge of the services they provide, despite being advertised. Sensitive issues spoken about openly in front of other visitors. Would not recommend.

Convenient pharmacy beneath the Doctors Surgery. Parking is very limited and may have to wait up to 30 mins to find space in the car park at rear. Don't forget if you do park at rear you must input in your registration number

Really Bad Service. I called and checked. I emailed and checked. The male pharmacist whispered behind the scenes and wouldn't serve me the product. Treated me like a piece of dirt and left the sales lady to deal with me. I am so angry that he wouldn't even help me after all I had done to confirm everything was ok and getting through stupid traffic on my lunch break. Never Use Again.
