I rang Nories yesterday to enquire if they delivered repeat prescriptions and was so pleased to find Amin, who I spoke to, was so helpful and friendly and gave me all the information I needed about the delivery of prescriptions. It was very pleasant to speak to him and I felt like I really mattered. I am now looking forward to having my prescriptions delivered as I do not drive and am elderly and it has really put my mind at rest. Thank you very much.

Covid test.
You can get a fast peace of mind covid test here. For £20 you get a lateral flow home kit with excellent clinical telephone support. I used their WhatsApp flexibly scheduled arrangement. Supportive and friendly.
Subsequent kits are much cheaper because you may be OK without further hand-holding.
The test result is 15mins.
I was given advice on timing of the test AND interim shielding measures modifications (I'm a carer) following a hospital day patient procedure. After the advised number of incubation days I processed the test, Norries-mentored via WhatsApp session.
My test was negative and two weeks on I and my household are still fine.

I don't often review places but I believe in praise where praise is due. This pharmacy have never been anything other than helpful always going the extra mile. Frances is a lovely lady, always the same, always very sweet and polite. I'm glad I switched and am grateful to the team here for being so pleasant and efficient even when you go in late in the day. I’m amazed at the help and assistance my wife and I have received at Nories Pharmacy. They go out of their way to ensure that we have our drugs on time and give us excellent advice when we have a problem. Even our flu vaccinations are carried out on the premises - no queues and there is easy parking for their clients.

I have used Nories for all my repeat prescriptions and never had a problem. Due to my prescriptions some of the items take some time to get - but that has always been the way.

Spent months going to and from the GP trying to get a diagnosis for an ongoing issue. Spent 5 minutes in a consultation room with a lovely pharmacist from Nories and I've left with a clear diagnosis, medication and thorough guidance. I couldn't recommend them more highly. I just wish I'd been there sooner. Thank you!

I'm giving them two stars because at the start I thought they were really nice people but then I was walking past them as i quickly did and they wernt shut yet they still had atleast 10 minutes to close the store they had there lights on and they saw me walking up the door and closed the shop fast as they saw that. I thought that was really rude. There medicians take ages to get there at noris store like u basically wait a week. I'm disappointed in that they need to work on there customer skills.
they should really show care if they going to work at the place lol.They could of atleast help out for 5 minutes.
