Very low fuel prices and a great selection of Tesco frozen ready meals. Try the freshly baked mouthwatering Cranberry, Raisin & Cashew Bloomer it taste divine. Unrestricted free parking

Decent enough Tesco with substantial parking on a dedicated site. Petrol station, too. Significantly cheaper than the other petrol stations around Melton.
The staff we encountered today were pleasant.
Covid 19 protocols observed by most. Though, with a relatively small amount of store footage, the aisles were pretty crowded when we were there, and the place felt quite claustrophobic, to be honest
The store is reasonably well stocked, but because of the limited size, it is lacking the choice and variety of stock you get used to in the bigger Tescos.
Overall, a fair experience, but nothing really stood out to mark it any more than average.

These 2 women accused me of stealing the fuel card, cleverly accused me of stealing the new 2020 van “are you sure that’s your van there” wouldn’t let me leave until I had handed it over for them to snap

Today in melton mowbray tesco we was served on till 13 at half 10 by a really rude lady who was snotty when I reached for my grocerys as she was scanning my items and not pushing them towards me, she was really rude, she went ummmm social distancing, I said I have to reach for my items,,, I said no one in shop is social distancing, she then lent forward to give me my change, one rule for her and another from me, not going tesco again to be spoken to like a child

More chiefs than Indians perhaps meaning checkout queues can sometimes be annoying but being 24hr means you can usually find a quiet time! They happily give out bread yeast too, which for me is always a good sign. Car park recently improved and cheapest fuel in town.

Small store with petrol station good for quick visits, selling all the usual stuff you would find in a small store, has a customer service point and good selection of flowers, small home ware department but no clothes also some childrens toys.

We call in here when we are visiting Melton Mowbray as we pass it, it's convenient and also makes a change from our regular supermarket. This store also has a petrol station which is convenient too.

A great ambience
Unlike other Tescos in the country this one is open 26 hours a day. Don't ask me how they do it, but the two hours extra make all the difference.
I also know the international space station use this store to stock up on reserves too, a friend told me.
The staff are great, friendly and efficient. Some semi famous people have worked here in the past. Camilla Parker Bowels and Carol Vorderman to name two.
I always make time to stop in when in the area. Don't pass by.
