Extremely rude, disrespectful Asian (Indian or Pakistani) female staff and nurses at the blood test department and Boots Pharmacy. Hospitals should and suppose to be a caring environment. I hope Senior Hospital management take a notice of this.

Thankyou to the ladies in The Day Surgery who looked after me so well. Cheerful and pleasant all. Also, Dr Pete in A&E and Fiona in A&E Majors who were brilliant and cared for me so well. A credit to Kingston Hospital.

Attended the breast clinic this morning and was very impressed with the staff and service I received. All the staff were friendly and informative and kind. During my appointment I had mammogram and ultrasound and it really put my mind at rest, so good to have all the imagery carried out in the same clinic in the one appointment. Thank you.

I was 6 weeks pregnant when I started bleeding and decided to call kingston hospital. They told me to go to A and E asap. After waiting 4 hours to get my blood tested I was told by a very rude consultant they did not have the proper scan to help figure out what was going on with me. They also talked to me in front of other patients in the waiting room! Luckily st George's hospital they had the correct equipment and was able to help me. Kingston hospital clearly does not support mother's in early pregnancy. St George on the other hand, had all the facilities to help me and they are very friendly!

I had my operation in December and the care I received from everyone I came across was outstanding. The nursing team took excellent care of me though my recovery and Dr Gerogiannis was so professional and really took great time to make sure I was well taken care of. I always felt safe with him and confident my surgery will be ok. The follow up appointment went well and I am so happy with my experience and my healing. Thank you to all.

Great staff, excellent service and very swift in diagnosing the problem. Arguably, the best hospital out of 10 I've visited in my life.

I was taken to A&E by ambulance on Saturday night. Paramedics were brilliant, warm and friendly, they had done first examination carefully before we went to hospital. Reduced my stress level, even I had too much pain and worry felt in safe hands. In the hospital, nurse was nice. Not waited too much got my blood and urine tests very quick. Doctor was nice. I'd like to mention all of their name here but I wasn't able to keep anything in my mind that time. Staff was brilliant, service was good. I was well- treated. Many many thanks to all of them.

My Father died after five weeks of neglect at the hands of the so called 'dementia friendly' KENNET WARD. My father had Advanced Alzeimers and died three days after being discharged. Unable to walk, talk, eat, or drink, all of which he could do prior to admission. Pressure sores were discovered that were the worst our carer had ever seen, They were absolutely horrific and were not recorded on the discharge notes. Never before had he even had a bed sore.He was in agony but could not speak. The journey home in the ambulance was unbearable for him as he was dying. We had to arrange our own Pallitative care and Morphine as it was not recorded that he was close to dying at discharge. A Werthers Original was also found in his mouth which had been there for several weeks. Every food parcel, Christmas card and presents we sent to him were left untouched and unopened. Communication on the ward was non existent. Calling several times a day, everytime being told a different version of his state and denied any communication with a Doctor which was heartbreaking as my Father was unable to understand anything so we never had a grip of just how much he was deteriorating. He didn't eat or drink anything during his stay and we had to beg the nurses to put him on a glucose and fluid drip but it rarely happened. The sorrow we feel for my Fathers' experience and what they did to him (or rather what they didn't do ) is devistating coupled with his loss.

Large, regional hospital, with many different departments and clinics, caters for a large number of patients and disorders, driving thereis discouraged, by the very high parking charges and yellow lines surrounding it, I always cycle there, or go on a motorbike. Patients or visitors can be dropped off/picked up in a car. They are also very public transport connections with several different buses stopping right outside, and Norbiton station just across the road.

Attended Breast Clinic today 14.11.20 and was impressed with all the safety features in place to make my visit safe and secure. Staff very professional and polite. Surprised that most of the ladies in the changing area, while I was there, did not use the hand sanitiser located on the wall outside the changing cubicles. In this current climate you must over sanitise to protect yourself and hospital staff.

They’re lying to me, I have a serious life threatening tumour that’s whistling, grumbling and howling and they tell me they cannot see anything on the scan and send me off then when poison is oozing from my body they take another scan awaiting the IDIOT REPORT. serious. Angels are awake and these jokers shouldn’t be in charge of people!

Absolutely terrible hospital have been under there care for years with a chronic illness, forgotten about, ignored, hung up on. Can not contact anyone. No update on treatment. Left me depressed and suicidal as I have had to live with this disease and self medicate due to the negligence of this hospital and their team. Avoid at all costs as they couldn’t give a dam about their patients. There are much better hospitals around that don’t ignore their patients and leave them to fend for themselves

Hospital isn't too bad but parking is HORRIFIC!!!!!! Do not go to this hospital if you drive and need to get in urgently! My daughter is very sick and it took 20 mins trying to get a gap, I then had to park in a pay and display down the road where I had to wait for a gap. Get to your appointments at least 30 mins early as it will take that long too park!

There is plenty of parking space closed that can not be used, and I don't know why. Because of that I had to do stop in front of other car and of course I got a parking ticket, I even left a note with my number to move it if need it, but it didn't matter, -50 pounds more to my negative account, what else can we do... ????

The emergency triage doctor was very rude. She accepted the South African lady In front of me but said you really see your GP with a spot on your skin. When it was my turn, I said I phoned my GP on two occasions and they refused to treat me stating I can go to A&E. It was an Olecranon Bursitis of the elbow. The dr stated theres 14 bursa in the elbow (which is wrong) "how do you expect me to get the right one?" She did not have a name badge and refused to give me her name...she said she will write to my GP. She didn't take my details. She told me to leave. The NHS is broken, and I know cos I work for them.

I brought my nephew here after a fall. A&E were superb. The quality of care was exceptional. professionall, thorough and caring. His move to a ward and a night of observation was well managed and comfortable. There were no issues and we could not speak more highly of the service given. A big thank you to all the team from the porters, nurses and doctors.

A&E helped me out quickly for an emergency vaccination after an incident at work. The consultant had only my best interests at heart and I was out after a few hours. I witnessed the reception staff help those with potentially very serious conditions as priority (told some to use wheelchairs not seats etc) and command that family and friends gave up seats for actual patients.

I was diagnosed with a small tumour in my right breast and attended the William Rouse Breast Care Clinic a lumpectomy and hormone treatment. Here I was tended to by all the breast care unit as well as support from the McMillan nurses and the Radiotherapy unit. I was lucky to have Professor Zoe Winters as my surgeon and can truly say I am so happy and grateful for all the care and treatment I have received. I'm now in the healing process awaiting Radiotherapy. I cannot praise everyone enough. the McMillan nurses and the Radiotherapy unit and the exceptional care of Professor Zoe Winters. McMillan

Shocking service at the A&E. My girlfriend was left in a room for 9 hours, a nurse assumed she had left the hospital. All this after been diagnosed with sepsis. It took her two hours to get a glass of water. They denied to transfer her to a hospital that was closer to where she lives since she has to return to the hospital for a few days to get treatment, because it would be too complicated... She has to travel across the city to get there. Lazy and careless staff. Update: next day she went to get IV antibiotics and to get an ultrasound, she was told that she had have a full bladder got the test so we drank water. Due to the infection having a full bladder caused huge amounts of pain and after one hour of waiting she was told that a full bladder was not necessary by another nurse... So unprofessional, take these people back to training camp. These people are a bunch of incompetents. I could not be more upset and disappointed.

Seriously efficient and such wonderful service level. I went there as I was referred as a walk in as I couldn’t see my local GP as I wasn’t from the area. I had bloods taken and consultation with a doctor... all completed with results under 2hrs. I’m just so impressed (big thanks to Dr. Matilda).

Words are not enough to truly sing the praises of Kingston Hospital's A & E department! Every member of staff that we encountered yesterday were highly efficient, highly professional, thorough, friendly, cheerful, and eloquent. This changed a stressful situation into one where we moved almost seamlessly from one procedure to the next with a full understanding of what was going on. This in turn put us at ease as much as was feasibly possible. There were no lengthy delays. Everyone went out of their way to help us understand each investigation being undertaken and the reasons why it was being performed using layman's terms wherever possible. A huge 'THANK YOU!' to the whole team with a particular mention to Dr Kate Goodwyn.

Monday night at Kingston hospital- A&E I have been waiting to get a blood tests ...2h. I walked in at 00:00 and I had to literally chase a doctor (Mr Florence I believe is his name) to get a malaria blood test. Finally after 15 minutes a nurse (Samantha M.)decided do it (2:15am). She ignored me twice...and with a such attitude stated that the doctor was busy. I really appreciate Mr Florence assistance and the team in the lab. It is 4:34 am and I am still awaiting for results. It is a malaria blood test, usually takes 15/20 minutes to get the result, according to Google. I have been left alone without update. I went to knock someone door to seek results.... still didnt get the answer. Can you believe it?! there were 3 people when I arrived ...2 more came in....everybody left.. I am still here. Get my result at 5am. Finally!
