Very rude staff, whom does not have any kind of respect and politeness towards customers.
Very upset in the way I was treated today by Esso Dudden Hill’s staff.
The owner should tell the staffs to treat the customers with respect, politeness and kindness..otherwise it should be investigated by a governmental council organisation because it can not be like this anymore
However everyone has problem themselves but we can not bring it to the work environment.

Very rude and impolite employees,I highly suggest that you avoid this location.It was 22:15 on 13/01/2019 and I stopped here to have a Subway before going home and the person working here told me that the Subway sandwich bar is closed and after that I wanted to use the toilet and told that even that is closed,and when I asked him the second time about the toilet he replied to me if I am deaf and didn’t hear him in the first time, quote “Everything is closed after 10 PM!” I will never ever use this location,thanks but no thanks with this type of attitude!!!!!

When I used this garage I found petrol significantly cheaper at 3 other garages near by. Luckily I only filled up with £10. This used to be a very competitive garage for pricing.

VERYVERY VERYY RUDE STAFF HERE AT ESSO. HUSBAND AND WIFE LAST NIGHT I ARRIVED TO WALK INTO THE STORE, BUY SOME COFFEE AND FILL UP MY PETROL. BEAR IN MY MIND THERE ARE NO SIGNS AT ALL SAYING THEIR CLOSING TIMES DUE TO COVID AND OR ETC, ONLY SOCIAL DISTANCING SIGNS. SO I APPROACHED THE NIGHT SERVICE WINDOW WHERE THEY'RE BOTH COUNTING THE CASH, SHOUTING AT ME "WHAT DO YOU WANT"! FIRST HE SAID WE CLOSED AT 10PM DUE TO COVID, I SAID IT WAS 21:57PM, HE THEN SAID NO WE CLOSE AT 17:00PM! HE KEPT SHOUTING FOR NO ABSOLUTE REASON - DROVE ALL THAT WAY THERE FOR NO REASON! TAKE THESE PEOPLE OUT OF YOUR BUSINESS!

We dropped in here on our way out of London heading back up to the Midlands. We grabbed something to eat as well as fuelling up. There was enough room at the pumps, so no challenges there. There was a decent selection of snacks, so we got something that suited both of us and we were served quickly. The real challenge was getting back out onto the road. Not really the concern of the petrol station, but still something that needed a mention

Very Rude staff including the area manager. They reported my wifes car stolen when I used it to fuel with the Esso app on the 15th Jan 2020, however the Esso app took my £20.00 but did not take the actual payment of fuel which was less. I spoke to the Area manager (Euro garages) and he claimed that his staff who he claimed had been working for 20 years would never report the car stolen, the police however confrimed they reported it stolen. Esso claims they report a drive off without paying fuel 21 days after however my wife was informed on my birthday 20th jan, instead of celebrating my birthday I had to drag myslef and my son to this pathetic petrol station however I was dismissed. Despite going back to ensure I payed I have been dismissed by staff claming they never rpeorted my car stolen, I have not once, yes not even once recieved an apology for this very stressful incident from Esso and Euro garages. Very rude and poor customer service!!!!

Pretty good petrol station. Prices are decent and plenty of pumps. Has a car wash and tyre inflator. They also sell coal, wood and kindling. Inside there is a Starbucks machine and a subway. It's a proper Subway as well which does sub of the day. Pretty good pit stop.

After a long day comming from London I visited this petrol pump for a coffee on 29th Jan 2019 at 4.45 PM as there’s a Starbucks machine inside So I went and pressed for a chai latte and the coffee machiene dispensed just cold milk.So I got a cold coffee from the fridge as the coffee machine wasn’t in the working condition.As I went to the till to pay for the goods I bought the person at the till called SIVA started yelling at me saying that I have to pay for the coffee dispensed in the machine,which then I explained to him that the machine is broken it just dispense hot milk.Then again he was very rude started yelling at me in front of the customers.As a manager for a BP petrol station previously in my carrier I was surprised how much the staff lacking communication skills and customer service skills and how rude and abusing and not trained the staff is.
He was keep yelling that chai latte is like that and then I decided to walk myself to the machiene and bring him the cup to show that it’s not chai latte it’s just milk and a lady in the que grabbed the cup smelled it and said it’s just milk mate,Then the cashier smelled it and he realised there’s a problem with the machiene but still kept to keep his attitude and insulted me making me well uncomfortable in front of the other customers and then I started to video tape his actions as evidence which then he
Asulted me with a folder and kept shouting at me in filth which is all recorder and with me and will justify the situation if the management check the cameras at the above mentioned time.
Then I asked to speak to a manager and he gave a land number which I rang on the spot to complain which was ringing right next to me and it was the same person who was yelling at me in filth had to answer the phone which then he yelled at me again and again I had nothing but to walk out the station with a spoilt mind.My whole day was ruined by the actions of the staff and this is the worst experience I have ever experienced in England.
First thing tomorrow I will contact their head office with the complaint and Esso needs to compensate me with an apology for harming my good wheel and the assault which I had to face because of your staff

Has a Starbucks machine inside though at £3 a cup..bit pricey. So are some stock way ovet priced BUT thats typical of all petrol stations..but nice and clean well presented. A Subway there too.

Always clean local petrol station. The free cash machine can be very Hendy too. However some machines for petrol you only need to be allowed 500GBP petrol and then put pump back and do it again for a safety reasons for the place.
