I've used this place as my regular for 2 years and it's been terrible all the way through. Unfriendly and unhelpful service staff (sales staff are nice enough). Always quoted one price then charged another on pickup. Never called back when I'm told I'll be called back. Shambles, never coming here again.

Awful, waited 30 minutes to go in after booking an appointment, and got told apparently can't go in with our slot, the store is massive and you can't fit 2 small parties in it was 3 people, the staff was not very informative whatsoever. Iam appalled by the customer service, I won't be coming here ever again, they lost a potential sell of a motorcycle, absolutely disgusting, there were 4 members of staff in the office no masks on and closer than 2 metres, yet with customers only 2 people allowed in so the company will happily waste time allowing the others members of staff to do nothing productive for the company,

I dealt with the service department , top notch service , good communication and was pleasantly surprised at how cheap the final bill was .
The ability of the Mechanic to read off a fault code , know exactly what the fault was and advise accordingly as to whether it was worth spending money on fixing shows the skill of the mechanic involved .
Being in the car trade for 38 years i know full well this is a skill learned over time and shows a full understanding of the systems on these vehicles ... Suzuki in my case .
I highly recommend On The Wheel to any Biker .

Called in to sort out a pcp deal for a new Ktm Duke 125cc 2020 model got through to an agent there named Jordan Richardson absolutely amazing guy was very professional and very helpful every question I threw his way he answered straight away i did have a few concerns about the ktm but he reassured me amd after waiting 3 weeks to get my licence updated and sent back to me to set up the deal he kept in frequent contact making sure everything was in order. He is an asset to the company I get my new bike this Wednesday and im over the moon thanks for the assist Jordan hope you have a great weekend

Just went in for ideas and get some feel for what I like ready for when I pass my DAS. Staff were excellent in letting me look then offering help when I was ready. Really helpful and made to feel very comfortable. Also the range of bikes was excellent. ????

After 18 months off 2 wheels I decided it was time (even though summer is over) to get back on a bike.
I visited a rival company north of the A23 who were quickly to put my on any bike without listening to my opinion and needs. Then I discovered On the Wheel...
From the second I walked through the door to browse to collecting my new bike today, I have to say the team and On the Wheel genuinely put me first and were outstanding throughout the process.
My sales Rep was a young chap named Jordan, who clearly lives for, and loves motorbikes. I had an idea of a few models I wanted, and Jordan could reel off the features, facts and benefits of every bike at the click of his fingers. Jordan took my riding style and type, and also my height into consideration and advised me towards the bike I genuinely feel suits me best.
As a result I left on the wheel today, on my new bike and took the dip on some new clothing.
5* On the Wheel, keep up your amazing standards.

I recently purchased my first motorcycle from On the Wheel. Excellent customer service all around and I couldn't be happier with my new bike! Sam made the whole process a breeze and the team were even kind enough to fit my bike with new mirrors and grips before I picked it up (free of charge!) Definitely recommend paying them a visit and will absolutely be returning again soon.

Ordered a Ktm 790 adventure R from on the wheel south wick Jordan the salesman was absolutely outstanding could not recieve a better service from any salesman like we got from him he is a great asset to the company and I do believe he deserves all the praise that can be given even aftershaves he is still amazing also Tyler that delivered the bike all the way to the door was outstanding polite and very informative about the bike that he delivered he would not leave until he was certain that we knew everything about the purchase and the running of the bike. Well done gentleman and thank you so much for such a pleasant enjoyable and cost effective service.

I have spent the past week messaging this company through Ebay, ringing but getting no reply, ringing and leaving messages. I was trying to buy a motorcycle they are advertising but have not managed to speak to anyone. I will go elsewhere. One star because I have no idea what they are like to deal with, certainly need to improve their comms.

My experience with this shop is simply amazing. From the time I phoned to enquire about a motorcycle up to the moment I drove it away Carl Oakley was very helpful, pleasant and professional. He explained things clearly and made me feel I was making the right choice. He understood I was new to UK motorcycling and helped me with all I needed to know. Three of us spent over £25,000 Collectively last year, although the sales process cannot be faulted I was promised a “thank you” from Jordan, each time I prompt Jordan he “swears He sent it in the post” ????.
service team told me that if I don’t get it serviced at a husqvarna dealer it would void my warranty, (untrue). also each one of us has the same bikes and yet our service costs were all different ????.
My mate then buys a year old sinnis Apache from them. (Which keeps going wrong) and when i ring up up and ask why they have sold a sinnis with a 3 month warranty when sinnis give a 2 year warranty, I am told perhaps the warranty is not transferable.... I’m not sure if that is even legal!
Effectively what I am saying is same sh** different day.

I went there and booked a day to have some work done on my bike. I got there on the booked date and got told the opposite of what the same old guy told me on my first visit. When I questioned it, I got lied to.
Regardless, I got a Taxi ad left to go pick up my car. About 30 minutes later, on my way to work, I get a call from the old chap telling me they can’t do the job.
So, not only did I get lied to, but they couldn’t do the job. If it wasn’t for the lying, I would have dismissed the issue, since the young chap who returned my bike was very helpful.
Anyway, for that reason, I can’t recommend or trust them. You can’t trust somebody with your bike if they lie to you!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I bought a motorbike online/ via phone that was difficult to source close to where I live, and having never done that before, I found it all very easy. Clive was happy to send pics of parts of the bike and answer my questions on accessories etc. Delivery was arranged by them, reasonably priced, and the delivery guy was friendly and knowledgable too. Can't fault my service from them and very happy with my new bike.

Sold my first ever motorcycle to On The Wheel and I couldn't be more pleased. Carl phoned in response to my classified ad and was polite & friendly from the off. He gave me a no-nonsense, reasonable offer (which I accepted) and after confirming a few details about the bike I had a Purchase Invoice sitting in my inbox. The collection was arranged without fuss and communication was excellent throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with On The Wheel again in the future. Thoroughly nice chaps, and I'll certainly be checking their stock when the time comes to purchase my wife's first bike!

My husband and myself went into on the wheel for him to purchase a bike. It was a Saturday afternoon and the shop was very busy and short staffed. However the staff that were there were extremely friendly and couldn't help us enough! When my husband went to collect his bike again Sam went out of his way to help and spent time with him showing him every detail of the bike. We couldn't be more happier with our experience at on the wheel.

Thieves dishonest company, bike advertised at a price then they give you another they trying to see if they can make more money of you and when you put them in the corner they start saying about admin fee and other fee etc like 300 quid. Keep away from these thieves

Sold my bike after Carl responded to my advert.. Offered me a good price and said they one of his guys would drive down and pick the bike up that afternoon.. Tyler arrived on time, checked the bike over, sorted out the paperwork and gave me the cash.. Simple and painless! Great service by honest and friendly guys.. Bought a jacket which was was not in stock and had to be ordered from manufacturer, I was kept informed every step of the way, however when it arrived it was too small and I needed the next size up. Spoke to Luke and Sam over the phone and it was not an issue. Jacket was returned and within a week I had the correct size jacket. Customer service was fantastic throughout, good knowledge on products and always polite. 5 stars! I will be returning.

I bought my first bike from On The Wheel this summer, and they were SO helpful! I didn’t know much about what gear to get or anything, but they took me through the whole process even ordering in a jacket and boots in the right sizes for me. From start to finish they were attentive, helpful, and just excellent! I really enjoyed being able to get everything from the same store.
