I really liked this venue, its a lot smaller given its literally in a small shopping complex. However it being smaller it felt more intimate with the artist which was nicer. I would advice getting there early so you can be closer to front as it can be harder to see with taller people and people filming in the way. Nice experience.

Saw Tessa Violet, and the venue was perfect. Bottom floor has enough standing space for say 400 comfortably, with air con to help keep the heat down. There is also a too floor, though did not venture here. The bars decently stocked, but what made the gig was the very friendly staff they had so shout out to them!

A nice venue for a gig, saw Bob Harris' Under the Apple Tree Tour. Great sound and lighting, no restricted views in the house. Average London prices for drinks (£5.75 for a pint of Cider). Friendly and helpful staff, water was provided to those at the front as it did get rather warm.

It really is a nice place for small concerts, inside the lounge I went to, there are two bars, so it's easier to buy drinks faster and you never lose the visibility of the stage from the bars. Bartenders were nice and friendly!

Been many times for concerts. Good acoustics. Toilets nice and clean. Staff polite and helpful. Only issue is getting a drink at the bars took over an hour. The bar staff work hard and quickly but because of the sheer volume of people it’s a long wait.

The venue is small and so you get to see the bands you love upclose. I also discovered that there is a balcony you can see them from but unless you are in the front row, it's pointless.

It's a small venue and it's all standing, no seating, which was great for atmosphere and dancing but caused a problem for people who are shorter to get a good view of the stage. Has a bar and cloak room which was great for checking in our coats. Overall it was a great night and would defo recommend.

Fantastic venue, and one of the more accessible venues I've been to. I emailed ahead of time to see about seats, but didn't get a response. But when we arrived, I explained my situation and the staff got us situated and looked after us well, from security to bar staff, everyone was wonderful.

Clean, fresh and lovely, but barely any space.
The bars have a very small selection of drinks and the food is non existent. If you are reading this O2, PLEASE add more food. Many of us get ravenous for food while being there for so long.

Nice, no frills music venue. It's quite small, so feels intimate. Sound good. Only spoilt by rather officious security man upstairs. I appreciate he had a job to do, but he was rude to quite a few people in a well behaved and generally older crowd. Unnecessary!

The Scarlxrd concert was amazing! Pure high energy only and absolutely amazing venue, super close stage and could literally get to the front within the space of a single song! Beware, £3 per item in holding room so if you're bringing a bag, I'd say pack a big one to hole eveything you need to hold.
