Very helpful and polite staff a credit the business

Always good service, but today I needed urgent medication and from Doctor to Grewal's and delivered in hours. Fantastic service.

Very rude female pharmacist. Was told my medication was not important enough to be done in these worrying times. That they had other people to help. Her exact words were omg you shouldn't have been told we would do your medication. Followed by more verbal abuse. Had the phone put down on me. I took it to the manager who apologised and was taking it even higher than her

I'm saddened to say that my ill and disabled parents needed some very important medication that hadn't been delivered & when my mum called to see where it was and if everything was ok, before she could explain what she was calling for the very rude and abrupt pharmacist just answered the phone and said I haven't got time to talk to you and put the phone down, before finding out what the call was about. I know we are going through hard times but my parents are house bound and she was worried about their medication. Which they are on to keep them alive. My mum was in floods of tears not knowing what to do after that and it put her in a very uncomfortable position.

Excellent travel clinic. This pharmacy has many useful items for your travel and will give you excellent advice regarding products such as Mossie repellent. The staff are very helpful and friendly and are happy to advise you on treatments for minor ailments. Excellent pharmacy.

I know they are busy especially at the moment but we had to phone everyday sometimes twice three times for medication that should of arrived 27th march this medication is for diabetes blood pressure etc so important to say the least especially when she is elderly can't get out with no medication left otherwise it wouldn't of been such a problem bit disappointed with service

The pharmacists at Grewal Pharmacy went above and beyond typical service when recently there was a supply issue with my prescription medication. After I had already visited four other pharmacies with no luck, and they also were out of stock, they proceeded to call around the remaining local pharmacies to find out for me if they were also experiencing supply/distribution shortages. Upon finding out that they also had no stock, and that I had run out of the medication, they called my doctor's surgery for me and pushed them to prescribe an alternative liquid form of the medication, which without the pharmacy I wouldn't have been aware was an option, and that normally the NHS doesn't prescribe due to its cost. Without their encouragement I likely would have suffered through the withdrawal symptoms until my next drs appt. a week later. As it was, they kept in touch with me until my medication had been resolved. I really appreciate the help and support they gave me. I 100% recommend them.

Excellent customer service. Go the extra mile to get the medication you need.
