This pharmacy is an absolute disgrace, two months ago waited for my repeat prescription for 2 hours, they had forgotten to order it, been back today and they said they hadn’t done my order because I needed a review for my mediation, I went to the surgery to ask why I haven’t had a review and was told that they haven’t got in touch yet, they looked at my medication and said the pharmacy hadn’t even tried to order it, I’m an asthmatic and I need my medication.
Please avoid this pharmacy, I’m definitely going elsewhere ????????????

Friday afternoon 4 pm, waited outside for over 40 minutes. got inside to be told your prescriptions not done, will get them ready now said ok will come back later . went back at 7.30 pm still a queue of 7 or 8 people , decided to come back home. rang at 10.45 am on Saturday morning to check see if they were ready , said sorry not done yet. this pharmacy has gone right down hill since Fiona left . time to get your act together day-night. not happy at all.

I use the service where the pharmacy orders and sorts out my prescriptions as this seemed a great time consuming offer of which I took..........My medication is never ordered on time so this isn't a good practise! Some of my medication is important so for them to not be keeping ontop of this service is dangerous!!!!!

Useless, now seem to have staff but I dont know what they're all doing. Elderly people queueing outside for three qtrs of an hour without even moving. I've walked down there 3 times and stood there for half an hour and not one person came out of the shop. I'm over 70 and I can walk ok but standing around like that I just can't cope with anymore. To top it off they're supposed to be open till midnight and decide to shut early at 8o'clock just when they're needed! Maybe they're making the excuse they need to clean the place but no way can it take an extra four hours to clean that tiny space! I'm just absolutely disgusted with them.

Unprofessional. Incompetent. Rude. Thousands of staff yet waiting times are horrendous!!! Poorly stocked and unhelpful. This place is a nightmare - Not a proper pharmacy more like a corner shop! Avoid like the plague.

Not very good when you owe some medication and been trying to ring for two days and got to isolate for 14 days and need the rest off antibiotics to finish the course 6 clarithromycin 500 mg owed for Mrs Margaret Corcoran said that you do not close until midnight on a Saturday thank you dayand night on Southchurch drive

Was told the REST of my prescription would be there today it was not ! The technician was arrogant and told me it would be there Monday ! I asked what if I didn’t have enough, “well the pharmacist would give you some” he did not enquire if I had enough at the time I brought it up! This is dangerous practice as some medication stopped abruptly can cause serious problems seizures etc. I contacted the gps , the prescription had been electronically sent yesterday they said it’s always happening! .i went back to the pharmacy, and yes they received it yesterday at 1140 either pm or AM ???? I believed it would be AM computers Are 24hrs I am a qualified registered nurse and find this a risky pharmacy please don’t stop taking yr medication if they have messed up ask for coverage make sure you speak to the PHARMACIST I believe this pharmacy pharmacy has gone down hill since the Scottish lady isn’t there

The most rude and uncourteous staff I have come across. Not only are they the inconsiderate of your time and effort they are also absolutely unapologetic for making someone travel all the way from the city centre to their pharmacy only to refuse service. Worst customer experience. Hope they shut down indefinitely.

Took my 8 week old baby into the pharmacy looking for some calpol as he had just had his first vaccinations, there were approx 6 staff behind the counter dealing with a already highly drugged up person waiting for his methadone, instead of taking him into a consultation room he was in the main pharmacy area spouting rubbish and leaning over the whole counter, I stood waiting patiently but no one wanted to serve me or even looked at me, they were too busy running around after this man! In the end I just walked out! Never again, should not have people taking drugs in the middle of a shop! truly disgusting when they do have a room at the front of the shop that they can use to serve him his medicine! AVOID WITH GOING IN WITH CHILDREN AT ALL COSTS NOT A FRIENDLY EXPERIENCE AT ALL!!!!!!!!!
