Pharmacy360 - Online Pharmacy Leicester

We are quite new to the area and we started using this pharmacy for our families needs. It quickly became clear that they simply do not care about their customers and only there own profits e.g. my partners Dr prescribed nicotine patches, the ones he was used to as all brands work slightly differently, however this pharmacy gave us a different one just because cheaper for them.. In addition, my partner had to go back to correct one of their mistakes (didn't even get a polite apology..) and we were given wrong advice at one point. Staff here just so amateur it's quite worrying to be honest.

I'm new to the area & don't know if I'm missing something.. I collected a prescription for my partner & after they (eventually..) dispensed it I asked for some basic advice on the medication. What I was advised by this chemist sounded unlikely & it was fairly important so I called my GP surgery to double check. Sure enough this pharmacy was completely wrong. This is the bit I may be missing (please feel free to respond pharmacy. ..?.. ), if you are asked for advice regarding drugs and you dont know just admit it (you are not Dr's) but the key is DO NOT pretent you do & give wrong advice - that's dangerous ! Awaiting your considered response 'pharmacy' ?
