Hate the queues for the car wash can take up to an hour to get your car washed. ???? But would definitely recommend it as it's by far a better quality car wash then shell on park Rd in crouch end. Car comes out cleaner to be fair.

Went in for a car wash yesterday. After spending over 1 hour (!) in the queue, waiting for a wash I had already paid for - otherwise I would’ve turned around - the machine did not dry my car at all. Not even a failed attempt. The result: dried up water marks all over my car. I did not go for the cheapest wash. Complete waste of time and money. The staff is polite enough which is the reason for 2 stars not 1.

Worst car wash and horrible staff working there, they’re always talking on the phones zero respect for the customers but the most annoying thing is the car wash, always they have different time tables, same issue for me like other people, another car is using the car wash and the cashier is telling me “No car wash no car wash” is closed from 4 today, and it’s 17:58 right now....

Car wash didn’t work properly and I made a complaint to the team inside. I was spoken to very rudely and was informed that the car wash Didn’t clean off birds droppings and that no other automated car washing machine at any other garage would either. This is not my experience of other car washing machines and I believe that the machine is faulty. As a result I asked for A free car wash as courtesy and to finish cleaning my car properly. The man who I spoke to kept talking over me in a very abrupt and rude manner And refuse my request. I’m never using this garage again:(

About time ! We have a decent all-in-one "Service" station.
This place has been through many bad times, some not so bad but never really "good".
Staff are more or less the same everywhere, they were nice enough to me (considering they were all doing 8 things at once) the main thing is the place itself.
24hour shop & garage with a nice clean Subway, again nice staff.
The car wash is, in my opinion, the best one to date ...anywhere ! Very pleased with the quality (hint: how they clean wheels is a good indicator of how thorough they are - cleaner wheels = better washer) my wheels never looked so good.
Good amount of space to park, however, selfish folk who stay parked at the pump while they eat lunch in Subway is annoying.
Lots of selfish folk do it, it creates long queues and angry customers. Bit of a paradox as you fill up with fuel then go to pay, bit of shopping and dining...but if you move the car before paying you run the risk of accusations of trying to steal fuel.
Good place all the same. We'll done.

Tried to exchange a patio cylinder, but was told they didn't do these. I pointed out the cage full of them, but was told they were empty. Even the ones with the in-tact seals it seems. Tried to leave my empty one and they refused, because despite it being a BP cylinder they are a franchise, not actually BP, despite all that branding.

The petrol station itself and the service was fine, however the Asian chap serving at Subway should enrol on a customer service course. I didn't realise that I was doing him a favour by spending my money at his shop. If I wasn't so damn hungry I would have shoved his sub someplace Allah would not find!

Is there a pressure washer? How does it work? I do not have a water supply near my house to wash my car so I may use the jet wash and bring my own products. Will I be rushed by other people or is there more than one jetwash hose available?

Fuming because of selfish drivers who use pumps then go and sit down in the subway for food without moving their cars first!!!! All 3 of the pumps left facing were blocked by these idiots - one was black cab driver!!! When he finally stuffed his face sufficiently and came out, the car behind me got his pump! The BP staff should do something about this - bloody ridiculous! Wasted my time, I eventually left and filled up elsewhere!

I took my patio gas bottle back as it had leaked out. You could actually smell the gas coming from the bottle (even when disconnected). They refused to give my money back. Very unhelpful staff and probably breaking consumer rights laws. Will have to do a chargeback with Visa.
