Unfortunately the way how the staff is speaking, especially the security gay, I had a bed experience with this staff members. I get in, with a hoodie ( I did not know about their policies, because it is does not show any where at the entrance) when he asked me to remove the the hoodie, absolutely not polite and with very inadequate body language, I have answered that I cannot because of my health problem, HE told me “than get out”. I try to explain and even to show them my medical documents that I have be aware from air conditioner, then I thought way I have to do it? Hope no one will know how is to have health problem and to be treated in this way.

Need more staff in the shoe area as only ever 2 guys I moticed able to help at any one time. Otherwise all good for choice of brands as well as options for young and old.
One less star for lack of staff considering how many people end up in the store at any one time.
When you do find someone their all super helpful so 5 stars to wonderful staff ????

Awful Staff and Store Manager Peter, no one knows Sports direct returns policy and I have to show their returns policy, Especially Store Managers Rude behaviour towards customer and my next customer have similar problem, After seeing lot of negative reviews about this store I am not sure why head office is not involved to train the staff with proper customer service skills including store managing skills to store manager.

Awful customer service.
I've been buying footwear from the Romford branch for a very long time. Waiting to pay, completely ignored by staff on tills. Retrain your staff, so they understand about customer service.
If I could give you less than one star I would.

The service was extremely inadequate and highly unsatisfactory. The attitude of workers very abhorrent and significantly impertinent and rude. They are full of ego and are careless. After an hours attempt to get aide and assistance, no one bothered to and provide the service are so proud of.

He put a pair of trainers to one side for us... he took them off the shelf himself.... yet when we queried the price.... as it wasnt what was on the shelf he accused us... said if we didn't like it we can go somewhere else

The service was extremely insufficient and the staff in particular was very rude and we were left waiting to attended to for more than an hour. The staff was very egoistic and they significantly were disrespectful when told of their mistake and their lack of service claiming of business when they stood doing nothing whatsoever. Thus the store has a very poor service and the staff is irresponsible and horrible
