Ok, never thought I would rate a Millets five stars, but I can't help it. The staff at Horsham must read books every night on their products. Hiking boots... They know where the rubber was made in the soles... Rain coats.... The process used to make the plastics... Ok, maybe it was our associate... And then again, maybe he was a panjandrum... Either way, loved the experience...

Returned a running watch that was brought online that was faulty. I tried emailing direct with no response so i went in store to try and resolve this. The young lad on the counter with a beard was extremely helpful and I could not fault his amazing customer service. Along with the help of manager Andy my problem was resolved in no time. 10/10 couldn't recommend more.

I like this shop, It smells of polish for some reason! There's just So much in here. I went to get tshirts for my mini me granddaughter. I spotted a gorgeous mac and a quirky little collapsible chair,! She's 5 and their all off to Cornwall. He who vanishes always dives upstairs in this shop, then exuberantly reappears with Fishing bits he gets from I've no idea where? My crutches forbid me following him! I Wonder if That's why he's always up there so long????

Stop going to these shops if you have not already.
They sold me faulty Scarpa hiking shoes which I took back within a week and it turns out 'they do not have the authority to give you a full refund. they have to send the shoes to head office. Here is the thing, the consumer's right act says they have to give you an immediate refund *These people are breaking the law* search for Consumer Act 2015 and check.
The shop acknowledged there was a problem, sent the shoes to head office, they came back in the same state. I demanded a refund, the shoes are now with head office again as the shop refused to give me a refund again. I wore the shoes for 3 hours and the leather was ruined. Over a month on, still waiting for my money back. I will be taking them to the small claims court.
These people suck and BTW the same corporation, JDSportsfashion PLC, now owns Blacks.
