Staff seem very unwilling to assist customers, there are never any staff at the checkouts either so expect to be waiting around with your items before a member of staff rushes over to serve you. When asked if they had something that they feature on their website they just say we don't sell anything like that. No suggestions on another store, or anything, they just seem to want to scan your stuff and get you out.

Rude employees, the cash machine wasn't working, they couldn't find one shoe - the other one was in box, i spent 1 hour just to buy a pair of shoes that i chose within 5 minutes. Would not recommend

Anything you buy from SD except major brands will crumble.. Including bikes and accessories. Shoes are ok, jackets, zippers will go, wraps will stop sticking, bike accessories will break. I never buy anything but shoes from this place (google says in last week.. donno how to change.. havent been there for ages)
