Once you can actually get a member of staffs attention, they are pretty helpful... some of staff act like they can't be bothered to help so I usually just go here when I know exactly what I want, very rarely go there if im not sure on size of something & due to covid, you currently cannot try anything on in the changing rooms & as they don't give refunds on anything, if im unsure of size, I would rather go somewhere that I can try stuff on or at least get my money back if it does not fit....
Can be a good place to pick up little bargains though...

Absolutely appalling service being shouted at by the cashier to stand in a basket marker . Rude and unpleasant , after spending over hundred pounds to be treated like that I wouldn't go back again .no help was available withgwith shoes and was charged the wrong price for the football boots as well ,staff member new the price was wrong and just left it

The best thing about here is just in the right place to pop in when shopping around, the thing I wasn’t keen on is a lady who works here called Megan seemed a bit unfriendly and grumpy with us and didn’t have any particular manners and even the blonde lady with hair up. But I’m happy with the shoe service.

Bought a pair of security boots, when I got them they seemed already used, with some dust and a little mark of use. I could understand it, maybe a previous unhappy customer returned them (there were in great condition). Then, after take a short walk testing them I realised there weren't my size. Camed back to the shop, spoke with the supervisor and they rejected the boots back because "there were not in saleable condition" I told him that I got the boots in that same condition, asking politely for a solution, with a negative answer. Those weren't my first boots bought from SD as I trusted their products. Now I feel I wasted £30 for nothing. Never again SD.

El mentem cipőt venni először ki hoztak egy másik fajtát majd ki cserélték arra amit akartam haza értem csonagoltam volna be az ajándékot majd ki nyitom és lám 3 szamal nagyobb mint amit kértem vihetem vissza megint! Majd ki cserélték megint de megint nem jött össze nekik! Nagyon rossz a kiszolgálás! ????????????
