Terrible online experience. Placed my order over a month now and nobody has got back to me. There is no way of communicating as nobody replies to my emails. Worst online experience ever. Your competitors deliver NEXT day! If I could give zero starts I would.

Excellent Customer service friendly staff and are extremely helpful. The store has a good selection different models of running, hiking and trail footwear, both for men and women. There are also sports clothing items as well. The discounts range from 30% to upto 60%+/-

I bought a pair of trainers a couple of weeks ago and after wearing them for a training session they didn't feel right at all. So I went back to the store and explained what happened. Asics have a policy that if you buy and try the trainers and then find you are not happy with them. They are happy to exchange them.
I received excellent customer service from Mark at the store in the 02. Who showed me a lot of patience and took time to understand my needs. I ended up buying 2 pairs and walked away feeling much happier with my purchase. Highly recommend anyone in need of new trainers with good support that won't break the bank, to buy.
