Went into romford JD to exchange pair of trainers that were faulty, 2 girls on the tills who served me were rude and not very friendly, she authorised to change my shoes for a new pair but the looked very unhappy and not very friendly, no smile nothing

Recommend heading straight to china and make them yourself, no one with any customer experience, just bring a sleeping bag if your planning on trying any shoes on.

Website says closing hours are 7pm. Romford store has its own typed sign Stuck with tape in the window saying store closes at 6pm and they close at 6pm. Drove all the way from Upminster to find store just closed at 6pm. So annoying.
