Try calling them and you will see why I have awarded them 1 star! They simply do not answer their phone as a matter of routine! A store visit is only slightly better but expect to be kept waiting a bit too before you can expect to be served. Shame really as its a great shop for trendy sporting gear.

slow and inattentive staff. Not sure who is responsible for putting shoe laces into the shoes but I'm sure my 5 year old brother would do a better job lol. Crappiest customer service by most staff but mainly managers! No manners whatsoever. 2 days in a row, 2 days of rudeness !!!
