Ordered two 2-seater ready assembled teak benches. Wasn't expecting them until June but got a call on Wednesday to say they would deliver next day. Arrived today, delivery driver very kindly carried them into our garden as partner unable to lift due to back problems. Please thank him from me. Absolutely delighted with the quality and look of the benches. Good solid benches, well put together and very comfortable. Cant wait to finish work on Friday and sit out on them in the garden. Thank you Cyan for speedy delivery and a first class quality product. ????

My experience with Cyan teak furniture has been of the best. My requirement was for a Memorial Park Bench. All queries were answered promptly and the bench, now delivered is of the best and not only am I satisfied but the estate to which it is to be installed as very pleased with this product. Picture is in the estate office prior to installation.

Beautiful, high qualify crafted furniture with outstanding customer service. We purchased a large outdoor dining table from Cyan and it is absolutely beautiful. The wood is excellent quality, the design is perfect and the price was far lower than I would expect to pay for something of this quality. It's not easy to judge how good something is on the internet but we are absolutely delighted with the product and will be going back to purchase other things. It's the quality and the design that stand out. Customer service was excellent too. Emails beforehand to confirm delivery, arrived exactly when they said it would and the delivery man was polite, friendly and helpful. He brought it into the garden and placed it where we asked (fully masked and keeping his distance as required). A rate outstanding service, very much appreciated.

Have just received garden bench and matching coffee table. Absolutely delighted with the quality of both. Our first purchase from Cyan but hopefully won't be our last. I love it so much did not put it outside in the rain it is our conservatory until the weather improves. The workmanship is first class thank you so much.

I ordered 4 folding wooden garden chairs with arms. The team of Linda, Leanne n Molly could not have been more helpful. The chairs arrived when arranged, n they truly are even more beautiful than I had hoped for ! They are really solid, well made, fold easily and look much more expensive than the £100 cost per chair. I certainly recommend Cyan, and will buy more products from them.

Great sun lounger, bought the cushion as well. Love the pull out table that you can have either side. Although fairly expensive not as expensive as some teak loungers on the market. You can also support you knees with a clever knee raise built into the leg area. Nice looking teak colour as well. For me this was a great buy very satisfied.

The teak garden set and parasol were delivered efficiently even in this increased time of on line purchasing. The furniture arrived on the date stated and the delivery staff were helpful and efficient. Only one thing I would say is put a note in to dust the chairs down before sitting on them got the first time, we got up and had stripes on our bottoms from the fine sanding which just made us laugh. Thank.you we are impressed and enjoying using the set on our decking.

At the beginning of April 2020 we bought two Halo Teak Steamer Chairs with wheels and cushion which were delivered later in April. By our mistake we ordered one green and one natural cushion instead of both green. Most generously Cyan have now exchanged the natural Cushion for a green one.
We are very pleased with the chairs which are both comfortable and although heavy can be moved easily with the fitted wheels. We did have some problem with the arm rests but replacement fittings were supplied very promptly.
We had previous bought other cheaper chairs which were uncomfortable and are now awaiting disposal.

Nearly went for something that was slightly cheaper but made no mention of the grade of teak they used, and looked rather cheap on the pictures. Did a bit more research and came across Cyan, and very happy that we did so. Customer service was easy to reach and friendly, our furniture was on time, and looks beautiful and very sturdy. Would certainly recommend.

I'm very impressed with Cyan's customer services. When we opened the box a week after receiving the recliner, having quarantined it because of Covid-19, we found a small crack in the top of one of the uprights. I sent details & a photo of the flaw to the Customer Care department & within 48hrs received an email to let me know they would replace it for us. The replacement is fine & has been a very comfortable place to relax in the recent hot weather.

This company as indeed is its products are excellent. We first bought our table chairs over 8 years ago and it remains in amazing condition today. We have recently replaced the parasol only because of the recent storms blowing it around the garden. I highly recommend this company not only due to its products but it customer service.

The brass fittings on the back of the chair sheared within a week. This is a problem with Cyan chairs which I would have thought they would have solved by now. This is our second set of chairs after 7 years and the cheap metal fittings have not improved. Its a shame as the actual teak is durable and nicely finished. Footnote: I have increased my review from 2 stars to 4 stars after Cyan customer service called to address the issue I had raised and will resolve the fittings which may not be the right ones. Really good example of an active customer service.

I knew about Cyan through its newspapers adverts.
I wanted a teak garden bench and found what I wanted and the right size on the Cyan website. I checked locally and found that similar benches were at least £100 more. After placing my order for the bench I spotted a small table on the website. I phoned Cyan and it was no problem to add it to my online order. Delivery was within 2 weeks. The helpful driver carried the bench into the garden for me. Would have no hesitation in recommending Cyan to family and friends.

Prior placing the Balmoral 1.8m bench, I was given assurance by 2 different customer representatives in 2 separate calls that the bench was purely assembled with mortise/ tenon joint, without any screws used at all that led me to place the order. When I got the bench, I was shocked to find that the bench was actually assembled with a lot of screws underneath, which apparently was not the assurance given to me by Cyan representative earlier. Also, there is about 3 inches wood split found on one side of the arm rest and the bench was delivered by one man, which Cyan didn't inform me in advance that help would be needed to carry the bench upon arrival. Actually, I didn't mind carrying, if I was informed in advance. I just need to make arrangement in advance.
When I called them, they kept apologising and did offer me a full refund. However, they didn't explain to me why they didn't being honest to me about screws assembly been used actually. Anyway, I refused for a refund, as I find returning and ordering a new one too hassle. Of course, Cyan was not happy that I chose to leave a bad feedback, instead of getting a full refund.
Nevertheless, I find the quality of the bench is quite solid and well built. However, I am still very disappointed for not getting what I was told and expecting for. I am not saying there is anything wrong with screws assembly that may affect the durability of the bench. It's just my preference of owning a bench purely assembled with mortise/ tenon as assured by Cyan to me.
TBH, if Cyan told me honestly screws were used, I would have bought a similar bench (screw assembly) elsewhere with £130 cheaper and without having to wait for a 5 weeks lead time.
By law, all sellers have to sell their products as described. Otherwise, there would be a cheating involved. It's like there was a scandal of trace of horse meat found in meats on supermarkets shelves years ago.

I bought a hardwood table and chairs and parasol from Cyan in 2011. By 2019, although the parasol was still structurally fine, the fabric had sun-bleached because we left it out all the time. Then we had a summer storm and the parasol got damaged. So we ordered another one. It arrived promptly and it is lovely. At 3.5 meters wide it is huge and covers our big table completely. As the last parasol lasted ages and ages, I fully expect this one to do so too. By the way, the 2011 table is still in perfect condition and the chairs are pretty good too. At the time it was a big spend, but it was worth the investment, with super after sales care too.

Absolutely delighted with my teak garden furniture from Cyan. It was not in stock when I ordered, but I was happy (ish) to wait because I liked the style and their ethical policy. As anyone shopping for garden furniture will know, there is plenty of cheap garden furniture out there, but to get something stylish that will last is worth the extra investment. Cyan delivered themselves, their driver taking great care when delivering both with my new furniture and my garden. Absolutely first class, well worth the wait if you want the best teak garden furniture in classic designer styles. I chose teak because I keep my furniture outside and use it all year round, and I know with a bit of teak oil it will last me many years and weather beautifully. This is our first purchase with Cyan Teak Furniture and the service we received was second to none. The craftsmanship of this garden furniture set is superb, far superior to anything you’ll find in stores or online, and if you do find something similar you’ll pay two or three times as much. I had to call the help desk as I thought I was sent a table without the hole for a parasol. The lady I spoke to was very helpful. She asked me to check again as it definitely has it. She was right! The furniture is so well made I couldn’t even see where the hole was as it was seem less! One tap from underneath and it popped out. If you are looking for beautiful furniture for a great price and great customer service.. look no further. 100% recommend.
