I genrally find Texaco over priced and selling bad fuel. You could feel the performance decrease in your vehicle if you do a motorway journey after filling her up from Texaco. For what they charge you would expect premium fuel, which they advertise as, but are far from. I don’t use them any more. This beach also has a free to use cash point, but hardly ever working.

Quite possibly the worst shop in the borough. Alongside extortionately high prices on all goods, patchy extra services (Hermes provision here is a joke), and low-quality fuel, the staff are some of the rudest I've ever had the displeasure of putting up with.

Be careful when filling up... my phone was stolen from van as I was filling up.. thieves operate in the area so BEWARE!! the staff were great let me use their phone and view the CCTV of the event

Very rude staff. They display a paper saying to pay before using it. So I paid first and while filling up 9p go over. I was trying to park my car near the shop to let the other customers to use the pump and obviously pay the over. But the lady at the shop came running towards me. What a shame! I wouldn't run for 9p and they make me pay 50p instead of the original 9p.

Really poor service. Don't bother trying to send a parcel via here. I attempted to send a package via MyHermes - the card reader was nonfunctional on the machine. The staff refused to help me or fix the machine, and directed me to the (closed) Post Office.

This fuel station is equipped with a vacuum and air pump if you need to pump your tyres.
Pros: fully equipped shop, from food, drinks, tobacco, alcohol. Also a wide range of motor oils to tank cleaners like Redex. They also stock some car parts like lights to air fresheners.
Con: highly priced fuel compared to other places like shell and BP.
Pro tip, dont rely on the cash machine outside the shop, sometimes it doesn't have cash and sometimes it does. The station accepts card.

The pump was broken and didn't stop automatically once my tank was filled up so it spilled out a lot of diesel on my shoes, jeans and keys.
The whole area was slippery, it felt like iceskating, which means that it has been happening for quite a while to other customers too.
Now my shoes, car and keys all smell of diesel and the only thing that the rude staff could say to me was: it's not our problem!
That was a good start of the morning! They didn't help at all, they were simply rude and very unfriendly. thanks for that Texaco!

Expensive... I expect cleaner facilities and surroundings for the cost in using the available resources. The whole place appeared grimey..I needed air....which was ridiculously priced...the machine was placed in a dark whole at the back in close proximity of the refuse bins and parked cars..if I was not desperate I would have gone elsewhere....the machine was primetive; I couldn't even see the air pressure gauge during the replenish of air, as the gauge screen was misted inside ...so I had to guess...poor facilities for the price charged..sort out your facilities Texaco Hackney,Mare Street...

Really bad service make motorbike drivers pay before hand even if you’ve been a loyal customer for years and they know your face! Also very rude and can’t be bothered to speak to you! Plus very expensive not only the petrol but the drinks and food inside! I would suggest driving 5 minutes down the road to the bp just before bethnal green road.
