We bought our sofa 13 years ago off Finline and have just had it reupholstered. They have come back like new and the lady in the showroom(Per) was a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend them.

Excellent salesperson was Veronica. Very helpful but not pushy and she participated appropriately in our decision making. Sales room was a little crowded and it was hard to see everything. A little expensive but it looks like a quality product. Here's hoping.

I just want to thank Finline for the most beautiful couch from the leather Louis range. The service from start to finish was so professional and you really feel you are buying a forever piece of furniture, with the time given to each detail. All of our couches are from Finline, the first one bought in the January sale in 2005, and it is as irreplaceable as the one received yesterday. No matter how much the range keeps expanding, it still remains furniture that lasts the test of time and admired throughout the years. Thank you.

The customer service was excellent with the staff were so informative and genuinely helpful. The possibility of choosing an Irish product was foremost in my mind. The showrooms provided an excellent array of sofas, chairs and soft furnishings very nicely displayed. Showrooms upgraded on a regular basis reflecting current trends. The introduction of the new leather ranges broadened my choices. So much to choose from and also time to browse and make my selection. I would strongly recommend a visit. I am already the owner of a Finline suite and eagerly await the delivery of my new order in July.

Fabulous showroom with literally every shape and make of sofas chairs and ottomans/footstools. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful with pricing and samples of fabric to take home. No hard selling techniques either... we were left in peace to mull over our choices. Highly recommended for anyone considering an investment!

You get a lovely welcome on entering showroom and the girls are so helpful..i love the idea of picking your fabric and style of couch to suit your taste..lots of different styles and so much fabric to choose from..cant wait to see the finished product!!

So friendly and helpful.. Nothing was too much trouble .. I visited numerous times and left with various samples before making my final decision. I never felt rushed or that I was been a nuisance.. excellent staff in the showrooms in laois, couldn't recommend them enough .. just can't wait for it to arrive now ????????????

As always the service at Finline furniture is top class. We went to Finline for to get our couch and 2 one seater recovered which we have for the last 14 years and are still in prefect condition. The girls were very helpful and made it a lot easier for us to pick a beautiful fabric. I am really looking forward to to getting our suite for Christmas.
I would highly recommend Finline furniture when buying a suite.

Have ordered couches from finline staff couldn't have been more helpful Per was so fantastic with us. Her knowledge of every couch and fabric was unbelievable. I forgot to take photos and rang Per and she took photos and sent them on to me. No hard sell true professionals i would highly recommend staff and showrooms .

We took some layout drawings and photos to assist in selection of a corner sofa. Vanessa for Finline was excellent in explaining what would, and more importantly, what would not, work for us. Finline's willingness to adjust sizes to make bespoke pieces and to alter existing furniture is very welcome and not very common. All this at relatively low additional costs. Our experience to date wth Finline has been very positive.

I don’t typically do reviews on websites but the staff of Finline in Emo deserve this acknowledgement. Their welcome & service when my wife and I attended their show room was excellent! While we had a good indication of what we were looking for, the lady we were dealing with couldn’t have been more helpful in meeting our expectations. Nothing was a problem but more importantly for us, after travelling 3hrs to visit, the information about the furniture was clear and concise. It goes without saying that the standard of their furniture is excellent with added dimension it been handcrafted. When we were able to experience the quality of their furniture range from the 5* Lough Erne Hotel in Enniskillen, the fact we were supporting Irish business & the positive experience of visiting them in Emo, confirmed to us we were making the right choice. Now looking forward to it now being deleivered!
