CoverCouch custom IKEA covers

I am a huge fan of CoverCouch! After ordering 30+ samples, we chose the Sahara Toffee fabric for our Kivik loveseat. The fabric doesn't show cat hair, is washable, and has a thick texture that I've only seen in much more expensive upholstery fabrics. Customer service from CoverCouch was great - I actually ironed one of the covers on a too-high setting and ruined it. After reaching out to them, I was able to buy a single piece in the same fabric and had it within a week. The only negative is that the slipcover was difficult to put on. We required two people to put it on correctly. This wasn't a big deal for me, as it made the sofa look more tailored once it was actually on, but if you're putting it on solo you may need help.

My husband and I bought our covers from here, we are in the US, and the delivery and quality of these covers are by far unbeatable. I mean they are the best covers ever! I cannot believe we found this hidden gem!

Please go somewhere else for covers. I have bern saving for 2 years for new covers for my 2 and 3 seat Karlstad and they are about inch too big all over so sag and look terrible. I'm so upset.

Frankly, I had a lot of trouble about my order with this company (the cover didn't fit and they didn't seem to take it in that a bad performance guarantee is not the same thing as a resiliation). But in the end we have come to an understanding and they made repairs. NB: CC's reply below is a nice example of their customer service. Stating untrue facts (I have photos to prove that the cover didn't fit, and as I never sent it back to them, there was no inspection), making reference to their return policy when it's really a matter of bad performance guarantee and stating that the handling of a quality complaint is a favour and an exception on their part, and then deleting my reply to their comment. Judge for yourself.

The customers service is very bad. I ordered covers 3 weeks ago, the payment process didn´t work, so I asked for a receipt/the bank account so I could pay my order. They said it didnt work to send the receipt via Email (?!) so we agreed that I would cancel the order and make a new one. The moment I made the new order, I got the receipt for the old one!!!! Which allegedly was not possible before. So now I have 2 open payments and still no covers!!! I hope I don´t have to find a lawyer to get out of the second payment.

The Fabric is poor, not as IKEA's. Also the pieces don't fit together 100%. I didn't like it, I looked as their return policy It's terrible, I will have to live with it & keep it. very disappointed

Read the purchase agreement because the contract favors the company rather than the customer. Be aware that returns to Lithuania cost more than $100.

So, I was timid about ordering my seat covers from an online company especially with the the factory being located in Lithowania. I ordered a number of swatches and they took about 2 weeks to get to me. I feared the covers wouldn't fit, the color would be wrong, the craftsmenship wouldn't be up to par. I also had trouble ordering 2 covers for some reason. The site kept telling me the quantity was unavailable. I emailed the company and to my surprise I received an answer almost immediately. They explained the issue and attached 2 slightly different links for me to use to be able to order the 2 seat covers. The seat covers arrived in about a week, beautiful color, fabric is lovely, craftsmenship is impeccable. I am so happy with this company and how I was taken care of. Thank you so much.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem neuen Bezug für meine Ikea Sofa. Gute Qualität und superschöner Stoff, der leicht zu reinigen ist und sehr weich und komfortabel ist. Werde sicher bald wieder einmal hier bestellen!
