Very very nice music store. I didn't realise that there was one in Oxford. Originally came to repair my son's guitar string....and it cost hardly anything. Definitely recommend this Store

What a waste of time. Wanted to order few things and I was lured to come to the shop in order to benefit from px for my old (pristine) amp/fx module etc. Guy agrees a price over the phone based on if pristine. I turned up with my pristine amp which he agreed to the fact it was pristine and offers me peanuts towards my order. I rather donate the gear towards an upcoming musician to give them the opportunity. I will most certainly not going to spend my money in this store! Ordered the kit I wanted online from Andertons happy days.

Great service down at PMT Oxford, all they guys there know there stuff ! Brought a traktor A6 dvs system for my turntables and had alot of issues getting it up and running, phoned PMT they told me to bring it in and they would have a look , Rob set aside an hour or so rig everything up and trouble shoot the issues with me , your not going to get that kind of service buying from Amazon!! So thank you rob???? I would highly recommend buying from PMT if your after quality products and exceptional service

I had got the Roland go mixer pro from them. Had trouble making Facebook broadcasts with it. There tech guy tried to help me over the phone. Unfortunately we couldn't do it. He propose to use their 14 days return policy. Went to the store all was fast and precise. No problem. Good job

Good shop with loads of stock and friendly and helpful staff. The try out room is great with a really nice amp in there. I took a few guitars in, closed the door and made as much noise as I wanted trying the guitars out.
The only reason this isn't 5 stars is that prices in store are slightly higher than online.

All the staff are always helpful and friendly, but pricing really isn't cheap. I appreciate it's not possible to compete with online pricing, but some peripheral cables are more than twice the price. I want to use them, and help local businesses whenever possible, but sometimes it's just not worth it.

Took my 6yr old in today just for him to take a look at some electronic drum kits. Manny took the time out to explain everything and was more than patient with us and all our questions, even knowing we weren't purchasing today he didn't make us feel rushed or pushed a sale on us.
Manny took time to setup some drum kits for my son to have a go on and see what felt comfortable. I would 100% recommend PMT Oxford and when we are ready to purchase the drum set we will 100% be purchasing through these guys at Oxford PMT

Wonderful! Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. With a good sense of humour too. What more could you ask for? It's a nice 'no-pressure' sales type shop. They let you try the kit, answer any questions you have, then leave you alone to make your mind up. If you're not sure what you need/want, they'll give you honest advice, without trying to upsell you (the common term is rip-off, and some other shops sometimes do this).
Huge range of kit at very good prices. All the staff are really nice and helpful, but Dan is probably the greatest man that every lived! GIVE HIM A PAY RISE IMMEDIATELY, OR I'LL GO ELSEWHERE FOR MY PLECTRUMS!

Staff is very helpful, friendly and polite. The store has many useful items and musical instruments on display and the set up is very tidy and organised.
There is a wide range of instruments and guitarists, bassist, drummers, keyboard players, and musicians in general can enjoy the wide range of items on sale and knowledgeable staff.
If you cannot find something, ask the lovely manager, who is always very helpful and always does his best to go beyond!
They have financial plans if needed and they will try their best to match or give you the best price.
If I hadn't moved I would still go there to buy what I need. They are great.
There is parking and the store is bigger than what it seems.
