Second purchase from My Furniture this year and I’m happy on both occasions. Last week I purchased six Positano carver dining chairs. Ordered on Sunday evening, delivered by Wednesday. One chair had a manufacturing fault, so I sent photos and very quickly received a replacement from My Furniture with no fuss whatsoever, in fact the replacement arrived by the Friday of the same week, just two days after making them aware of the manufacturing fault. Very good customer service. Thank-you.

Kept waiting for the scheduled video call for the whole hour but never received one. I am quite disappointed by level of professionalism and customer service as there was no courtesy to communicate any issues with this call and no regard whatsoever for other’s time. I was really looking forward to buy my new home furniture from this company but you can well imagine after sales service from the attitude of this company even before making a sale. PS: Even sent an email on the confirmed appointment which was never honoured but never received any response back.

I have been meaning to write a review for so long. I recently had the pleasure of meeting Chan and team at My Furniture. I I really can’t recommend My Furniture enough. They certainly are 5/5 if not more. ???????????????????? Firstly Chan is outstanding, knowledgeable and professional. I do read reviews but also I like to have first hand experience. The team is so understanding when I did have a few queries with a couple of orders I have placed, Chan is so professional. For me it’s also about customer service. He went out of his way My Furniture is absolutely outstanding, I’m very particular in whom I trust, I won’t be going anywhere apart from My Furniture.

Disappointing. The furniture was easy to order and pay for and delivery was in a reasonable time. Various parts were missing and after numerous telephone conversations, emails and pictures to show the missing parts it was agreed that they would reimburse money within 3-5 days to pay for the missing parts. A month later and we are still waiting for the reimbursement. It will be interesting to see if they respond to this review and resolve the problem.

we ordered one of the white and chrome bucket chairs from here. the delivery was a little longer than expected but we can appreciate it is upholstery and it is of course covid times. the delivery men where kind and polite. its the little things well done!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I have only just noticed so many defects on dining chairs that’s I brought from here a few months ago and they won’t even replace them let alone a re-fund! I even offered to buy something else from them of better quality and pay extra but still nothing. Probably because they know they will have to sell it cheaper to someone. They asked me to send photos of the defects and I did, and then they still said they can’t do anything about it.? Small little holes and scratches to the fabric!! Poor quality!!!!!

**AVOID** Received DAMAGED bar stool, looked like ex display charged at full retail. When you call to complain, you will get through to one on the minions who will say 'Dan is busy, he will call you right back' Trouble is, fake manager Dan has no balls so will not call back, instead you will do well to get a cowardly email which basically says we took your money, strong money and now we aren't interested.

Drove from London to the showroom - wish I didn’t. Staff were not bothered and they didn’t know much about their products, when asked a question they would use their phones to access their own website. Staff gave conflicting information about who has authority to apply a discount. I had intended to purchase approx 5k worth of furniture today but the overall experience made me spend £0 instead.

We had a positive experience with My Furniture, the show room had a lot of fashionable furnitur and seemed of good quality. The sales guy was very helpful and efficient. And we came away with our furniture as it was in stock, they even helped us to load our car. Would highly recommend.

Never buy from this company unless you are absolutely sure you want to keep the product you bought. As with any online purchases, sometimes images can be deceiving so when you purchase online, you know that you can return it if the product doesn't meet your expectations. Behind a great online company, there is always great customer service. This doesn't apply to My Furniture company. There is absolutely NO service for the customers. Our story- we bought a sideboard and an armchair. Waited long enough for the furniture to arrive. When the products got delivered, we had to assemble it ourselves. Also they left the armchair outside because they couldn't get it through the front door and they refused to dissemble it to get it through. So here I was with this big box and it was just about to start to rain. We had to dissemble and assemble it ourselves. Be warned that when they deliver, they Do NOT take packaging with them so we ended up with big boxes and lots of packaging for over two weeks. You ask '' why?''The returns are only accepted in their original packaging. What a mess. Now, the quality. It is cheap. The sideboard '' brass'' as they call it is not brass and have this shiny bright gold color. The doors were not properly sliding and wouldn't close. When we claimed we wanted to return the items, we had to fight for it. We were told that unless something is WRONG with the furniture, we have to pay £60 for pick up. What if you just do't like the quality? That's not good enough! Pay £60. What a joke. My furniture, you Should NOT be selling furniture online unless you are willing to deliver the appropriate customer service!! Waiting for our refund now...so hopefully, they will actually do it! NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered a polter bed more than 2 months ago. Waited more than 4 weeks for the bed, arrival date I wasn't at home and tried to reschedule with no sucess. Managed to have someone at home to receive the bed. 2 weeks later when I came back from holidays and assembled the bed it turns out it was the wrong size bed. We decided we were not going to touch the bed so the guys that came and collect more than a week later were rubbish. They have destroyed the bed and have made my house a mess. Was all this time with no bedroom to sleep plus now this bed is out of stock. I have been more than 2months with a mattress and no bed to put on. Thank you my furniture to ruin my plans of having a nice room till the end of last year. Now all the sales on other stores have finish and we were offered an AMAZING 10% off for future shopping???????? What a joke!!!

Terrible customer service, as other customer’s have mentioned if your product develops a fault My Furniture accuse you of causing the issue yourself. I purchased mirrored bedroom furniture from here that claimed it was shatterproof. The bedside tables and dressing table all developed large cracks in the surface even though they had all been treated carefully. When I contacted My Furniture I was told as I had purchased them over 6 months previously (I had had them 8 months when I initially contacted them) I would have to prove that the cracks hadn’t been caused by myself. In fact this is exactly what they wrote... “You would have to have the items independently checked and present evidence that the scratches are caused by a manufacturing fault and not missuse. Please forward me details of this report” Which goes against what they claim in their 12 month warranty. If an item is shatterproof it shouldn’t develop cracks, simple as that. They don’t sign their emails they are rude and abrupt and completely unhelpful. Avoid unless you want stress.

Unfortunately I have to report that in under 2 years my lovely Les Milles French style bed is no more £439 paid and I am now so glad I didn’t opt to have the upholstered headboard in velvet extra option as it would have been a lot more money down the drain The screws used to build the bed must not have been strong enough as 3 have sheered in half leaving me unable to repair due to half remaining embedded in the wood The manufacturer has taken no responsibility & unfortunately My Furniture are unable to aid me in any way so I am bed less My £100 Homebase bed lasted 12 years & is now being used by a friend & is still in daily use The only offering was 10% off a new bed Such a shame, first decent bed purchased in my life & sadly has ended as a bad decision

Ordered the Julianna Mirrored Tallboy with 5 drawers and it arrived today! Packaged really well and no assembling required. Once unwrapped it looks better in real life. An elegant piece of furniture for the bedroom. Drawers are a good size and depth holds an ample amount of clothing. A definite recommendation if you want a stylish look. Contacting My Furniture was quick and easy and customer service staff are excellent!

Well where do I start with the service I have been provided, I seriously cannot praise my furniture enough for the quality of customer service they provide. I bought the adjustable radiator cover few weeks ago and due to an incident broke it. They helped me resolve my issue Instantly and did not keep me waiting for days for an answer. They seriously took my issue as their own issue and you don’t see service like that anywhere else. The quality of their product is even better. Chan who works at the Nottingham branch really did everything in his power to help. Once again thank you for all your help.

My experience has been less than positive. I bought a glass dressing table which developed a large crack on one of the drawers after less than nine months of use. Like another reviewer here, My Furniture accused me of doing this myself and have refused to help me, even though I only requested a partial refund to enable me to fund a repair. Their customer service is absolutely appalling, they don't even have the manners to sign their name to their emails. I have escalated the matter now under the Consumer Rights Act. My advice is to AVOID at all costs and don't get drawn in by the lovely looking items as it's not worth the grief when something goes wrong.

Great company , i spoke to Bart and ordered Lavinia super king size storage bed and he was very helpful and polite. Any doubt i had about measurements and delivery he guided me through . Delivery on time ( had an issue with the delivery company but that’s not MyFurniture fault just unprofessional delivery drivers) I would highly recommend this company. I was quite skeptic buying a bed from online shop even though they have quite good instagram page and a website . And i am not disappointed! I really don’t understand the negative google reviews as i can not fault MyFurniture .Very good price ,good quality bed , very good instruction and very well packed ! Purchased 6 AMALFI Dining Chairs, in slate. After 6 months they began to fade to an off pink colour. Returned them to My-Furniture but they claim fault caused by bleach based cleaning product which we have NEVER used on the chairs. Now pursuing them through Trading Standards. Avoid this company.

Went in looking to furnish my aesthetic clinic and my home. After ringing the bell and realising the door was open we walked in. A miserable member of staff came down and said "you're just looking aren't you?". In fact we had made a long journey in order to purchase a large order in store. The shop was empty and she flounced off and left us to walk around the shop and never returned. The shopHorrible customer service with rude, judgemental staff. Don't bother with this company, essentially it's cheap Chinese products with 3x the price rise

Nice selection of products but terrible delivery service! They use the worse couriers (APC) who have minimal or inaccurate tracking information. They state a delivery is out for delivery and due to be delivered but it doesn't turn up. While I understand that is more on the courier side than My Furniture, the low rating is due to them not responding to any queries and being of no help in ascertaining where my delivery had got to. Decent products, poor customer service, slow or non existent responses to queries and use terrible couriers.

What a shame such a nice looking site with what appears to be good furniture. Sadly I purchased 2 chairs off these people and because they were so cheaply made totally destroyed my floor everywhere the chairs moved damaged. Buying from them has cost me over £200 on top of what i spent with them. Did they offer to help no except return the item. would not advise buying from them sorry.

Mirrored coffee table broke after only a year without reason. I contacted two professionals to know what happened, both told me it was because of bad manufacture and because of a thermal shock. I contacted My Furniture's customer service and they are TERRIBLE. I don't think I've ever had such a terrible customer service experience before. They practically told me I was lying (even though I had TWO expert reports) and broke the table myself, which is beyond ridiculous since I showed them pictures of the table and it was obvious the glass broke from the inside and not the outside. I'll never buy anything from them again and I don't recommend them at all. Again, TERRIBLE customer service.

Not a good buy. Poorly engineered. Poor quality materials especially the bolts which strip easily. Delivered late and damaged. Missing parts and instructions. Customer service tried to be helpful but did not know the product. Would not buy this again.
