Great restaurant. The service was helpful, friendly and unobtrusive; the decor is lovely and most importantly the food is really good. The lunchtime deal of two courses for £10.95 is great value and there are quite a few options to choose from. The salt and pepper squid was delicious--even the little carrot salad on the side and the fried garlic garnishes were great. Pad Thai chicken had really good chunks of tender chicken and was cooked perfectly. Definitely returning.

Visiting Brighton and absolutely loved it here. Great food, amazing service and the guy here was so friendly, not sure what his name was but he made my daughter feel very comfortable!

Lovely meal last night ..... our first out of lockdown. Waitperson was fab, lovely, fun and attentive. Food was good honest fresh Thai .... can’t believe they weren’t busier..... lovely evening all in all. Came out feeling satisfied and happy. Thankyou Sawadee

The food was awesome. You can ask for mild and spicy levels. The waiters were very nice. They were immediately at service without even asking. Good place for Thai authentic food.

This restaurant made me the best Thai food I have eaten in many years. The restaurant was clean, the staff efficient and friendly and clearly it is a very popular venue. Tables were cleaned, dried and re-set within 2 minutes of customers leaving. I have a few dietary intolerances and they were very happy to accommodate me. We will be eating there again this evening xxx

Highly recommend this place. Food is good at a decent price and the staff are super nice. The restaurant manager Izzet is easily one of the loveliest people you’ll meet in Brighton.

One of the finest and very authentic Thai restaurents I have tried. Lovely staff and service is very prompt.
Restaurent is isn't too far from the beach but finding parking can be an issue.
Pad thai was just OK but rice and prawn green curry was excellent so was the vegetable curry. Curry's are must try here.
Thumbs up. I will look forward to visit this place again.

The staff were so friendly and helpful when I brought my family in. They brought over a pen with z toy topper for my niece to play with and small shots of mango juice Whch was very appreciated. The food was lovely as well. Will definitely return

I ordered a delivery from here and I have to say I was very disappointed, I ordered tempura prawns of which I received two battered prawns and the rest was battered vegetables. The jungle curry was very bland and watery. Unfortunately I would not order again.

The layout of the restaurant was cosy without being too cramped, seats were comfortable with a welcoming atmosphere. Dishes were brought on ornate plates and bowls fitting to the dish that was ordered. The food was lovely, I would recommend the duck with red wine sauce for those, like me, who have an aversion to food that is too spicy. Spicy dishes were ordered by others in my group and were well received. The waitress Roxanne was warm and knowledgeable, offering to give any insight into any of the dishes and also offered her recommendations from the menu. A truly authentic and enjoyable all round dining experience.

Went to Sawadees Thai restaurant for lunch with my wife today, the food was delicious, tasteful, the best Thai food I have had in Brighton. The service was excellent, nothing was any trouble. Highly recommended if you want good food & friendly atmosphere

Best Pad Thai I've ever had. Usual Thai takeaway was closed for the holidays, so thought we'd try Sawadee. This will be our goto from now, wish they delivered! Dumplings, satay chicken are excellent.

Friendly staff, Generous portions but tasty food so you will try and finish it all! Have to say not a person who like spice but it think there could have been a bit more spice. Forgot to take a picture, it just looked to good to not start it!

Can not stress enough as soon as I walk-in i automatically felt welcomed and valued. The waiters /manger couldn’t do enough for us they were very friendly professional through out the whole time. even though we were very picky and the restaurant was busy they still were attentive .... And well the food next level tasty ! Everything had individual flavours and size and amount of food that came out Catered more than enough for my 4 friends ! The set menus were amazing and suited us all
Waiters couldn’t have been more accommodating, happy to change anything to ensure that we had the best experience possible. Delightful experience can’t wait to visit again
All in all I’m soo happy we chose this restaurant all all had no faults at all no improvements and if I’m ever back in Brighton I’ll be back in a heart beat !

Hello Sawadee this is Mr James, we had a party of 14 with you this afternoon. I would like to say thank you so very much for a fantastic meal complimented with outstanding personal service. Several of our party had dietary requirements no nuts, gluten free, and some who wanted no spice at all (not easy in Thai food) but nothing was too much trouble each one of us received personal service with excellent food cooked to order. You really made a rare family get together something very special and every member of our party loved the food and the personal service you provided. I wish I could give you 10 stars. We will be back again for sure (so many yummy dishes on your menu I want to try) . Thank you again so much for working so hard today.. You were perfect

I enjoyed the food here. Everything was cooked well and the service prompt and friendly. It was quite pricey though overall & the WC is a squeeze. It's like the architect got the dimensions from a kiddies doll's house.
