However if ACC ever flaws in its delivery of customer service and after care then I shall go elsewhere. Let's be realistic ACC without us customers buying from you the company would fold overnight.

i agree with most about the hassle free thing and staff was helpful all the way through the process. Up to the point where i didnt agree with px valuation. Lots of different types & sizes of cars available with a very good choice of vehicles. Compared to others they seem over priced, but claim it's all the added extras that they offer as standard. Full valet, scuffs or scratches removal. I think most places offer that as standard anyway or am I wrong?
