Over a period of 5 years working for the company I've learnt the hard way by sticking by the company trying to improve relationships with customers out in the field. Only to learn that staff are not appreciated for what they do. Also the manager expects things to be done which don't follow company guidelines let alone the fact it breaks every health and safety rule in the book Trying to make me fit a roof rack for a van to carry ladders for a job when the roof rack was off a completely different vehicle ?? To the managers response can't you just bolt it down. I don't think so is this manager going to do my prison sentence when the roof rack come off and the ladders go through someone's windscreen and kills them. I don't think so Stay away from this company if you have any morales about you

One of the worst companies to work for (cleaning side) - run by corrupt managers (in my experience). Barely ever paid properly. Double standards throughout - too many to list (hard workers would get all the jobs, compared to those who can’t do it so don’t have to)...manager would ‘hang up’ the phone when requesting holiday. Abusive communication. Little to no support. Could write a book about my experience. Not even worth a single star in my 10 years of service.

Where do I start! DO NOT PAY correctly! Reviews are very true on here and I wished I listened to them and didn't ever start the cleaning job! Avoid avoid! Very bad management and was promised twice weekly for pay to be in bank but nothing! I don't know how many times I have rang this company and wasted my time as I never got anywhere! Was promised cleaning stock once a month and nothing at all been delivered after 2 1/2months. Was also promised uniform in the post but nothing either. Company is very badly ran and needs to be sorted as it's messing people's livelyhood up, you cannot rely being paid correctly to pay bills. I worked so hard at the branch and If you paid correctly and followed through with your promises then your company would have a lot more staff staying with you and a lot more good reviews. Trying to get the money back has caused so much stress. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!!

My sister works for this company. Its an absolute joke of a company!! She never knows when she has a new supervisor/managers - lost count how many supervisors she had!!!. You can NEVER get through or get a reply from anyone working there - unless you have a sick day then they are straight on to the phone with you. Ordering supplies is a awful and very rare to actually recieve any. If i could use a minus score it would still be too generous. This statement has been agreed and supported by my sister.

Worked for this company for 7 weeks. No wage errors or issues. Management and support are very good. Equipment is repaired when needed. No company is perfect in the same respect as no employee will be perfect. But tcfm are no way near as bad as the reviews suggest. I would recommend to any one.

Working for TCFM isn't great the contracts u get given ain't worth it, also u don't get any uniform even tho they said they would supply them. Will like to add that is watch your wages as they do u out of them easily saying its error and will correct it but never do.Terrible company to work for they don't care bout its employees, u are asked to do a lot and like sum people have said got moaned for working to slow u never really know wat is happening no training whatsoever in how to clean certain things like petrol pumps I just wish Morrison's would employ the cleaners as they be treated better by them. Word of advice to anyone thinking of working for them RUN TO HILLS avoid at all costs.

Worked for this company for my first job. There is so many issues with this company that its unreal. I clean one of the morrisons stores where I live locally. No one said to me I was on a 3 month probation period, my cleaning manager taught me the wrong techniques and so I had extra training. After I had extra training from another colleague the equipment is missing, I have asked my other colleagues where these missing items were to no prevail couldnt find them in the store even asked the Morrisons manager if he has seen any laying around. Could not get a hold of the area manager yesterday and my wages when I started were all over the place. My highest pay ranging from £207 to my lowest being £104. Only work 10 hours a week so I should be earning near enough £130 if you include tax going out. The clock in system has now started to not recognise me at all and I have the hassle of getting a hold of a colleague to tell the area manager that I was in on that day (I didnt have the area managers phone number at the time because it wasnt written anywhere). I have also noticed that on the health and safety sheets it says "Wear protective gloves when handling chemicals" and we dont even get supplied with it so god knows what will happen if someone applys for the same posistion and gets an allergic reaction because no protective equipment is present. The person who does the cleaning audits does not tell me what needs to be done, he just checks his check boxes until it is all filled out and leaves. This is my last week on the extention of my probation and yesterday I felt like quitting because I had a mental breakdown which was caused by everything I have said above. There is no goal other than just keeping things clean and tidy. I asked to change my shifts to early mornings so I can fit in more hours but I never got a word back on that. Not a nice company to work for but atleast TC HR was polite and kind to me when I said all of my complaints before she handed me the area managers phone number. If you are desperate for a job apply for TC but overall you are not gonna have a nice time working for this company. Avoid.

Worked here for about 3 month absolutely ridicolous cleaning equipment never changed frequently although I asked numerous of times for new stuff ... We were asked to do deep cleans which couldn't be done in the time we had to do the cleaning as well if someone is of trying to sort cover out they take to long and now I'm having issues with my last payment because they never paid me on the day I'm now waiting till this week which they charge 32% of your wage I'll never ever work for this company again there's no order at all .

I left a well paid permanent job to be promised a supervisor role but was lied to in the interview.( They already had a supervisor at the branch ! ) Was promised supervisor money but paid window cleaners rate. Basically I was picked up and used on all kinds of work and promised my new role was coming in the next few days........ Week One.... 3 days in then told no work till the following week. Week Two...2 days work then let go " because it wasn't working out" Had to use my own window cleaning equipment and was given no uniform. Manager clueless, told porkies to get me to sign up now I'm looking for a job and struggling to pay my mortgage and bills with kids to feed :( No HR department to talk to anyone, your basically just a number to be used and abused by this company.

An absolutely useless company. Communication when a cleaner is off is non existent. Avoid at all costs! Update!! The usual has happened today. Cleaner goes on holiday and no cover. Still waiting for contact after 1 phone call with the manager and 2 E Mails complaining today. If I could rate zero stars I would. Another staff holiday another no show from TCFM. Literally every time my cleaner goes on holiday they do not organise a replacement. You never get a phone call from them either letting you know they have a problem. Avoid at all costs!! Yet again. Cleaner off sick. We get a replacement yesterday. Then nobody turns up today 24/1/18 contact the manager but no response. I do not understand how this company stays in business. The absolute worst for customer service and communication. AVOID!!!

I became an employee there and was treated horribly! I was chucked in at the deep end I did training at 5am in the morning, I then was set tasks that I wasn't even meant to be doing. I was NOT provided with Protective Equipment. I was told I work too fast and then told I was working too slow. Douglas Keillor was my ISM and my gosh the comments he used to make.. I reported back to him one day to find him sexually texting someone and he felt it appropriate to ask me to rent a flat with him. I also recieved my last pay slip but have not received the money the pay slip said I was owed.... Usually there is no problems with pay... this is the first problem I've encountered. I advise anyone to stay away from employment or services from this company.

Working for tcfm was by far a challenge as been an in a store cleaning manager in a Morrison's store for 2 years skegness, from having the interview as having 6 years in the same role was met buy a manager who showed me round the store on my first day n promised all the support a would need and as from that day to the day i left last month was left to my own devices which in a daily n weekly n monlthly issues acurred as a manager i dealt with them that was my job , but in the 2 years had 4 different managers who 3 off them i met once and the 4th never met and had no support from any 1 bit was expected to keep my store to high standard and achive audits above 95 % n above with no staff , staff not getting paid for hours worked , not received any orders of uniforms etc , not advertising staff for up to 6 week after they left , the list goes on , n speaking to payroll n HR regarding problems n getting support n equippment well may as well as spoke to the blackbirds in carpark , needs a good shuffle up to earn and respect it values as me who is a dad of 3 n a grandad to put my all into that job and company n never got anything not even a thank u back from any 1 , totally messed up in my oppion , small talk to little to late out off 20 managers who started same day as me after 2 years i was the 19th to leave which left 1 , shame on u TC if u looked after the good people they wud of look after u,

Currently going down the legal route as I have tried reasoning with my line manager and area manager but they are ignoring my phone calls. This company expects you to work for fresh air, then get mad when you physically don't have the finances to get into work!

Paid peanuts and expected to go above and beyond with minimal staff and training. Went on maternity leave in February, during that time contracts changed to a different company and I have only just been informed by a colleague that I actually lost my job while this happened but was NEVER told, even though everyone else's jobs were safe. So instead of going back to work within a few days I am now without a job and without any income while trying to take care of a house and two small children. Thanks TC. I have now sunk into an even deeper depression because of your incompetence. I hope you're proud of yourselves.

0 stars! Where do I start? Terrible company, refused to pay holiday pay owed to me of over £100 for several months after I left the job. Eventually I lodged an employment tribunal application and it scared them into paying me. Also the clock in system didn't work a lot, and one time I was asked to come in and clean on a day and time when the shop was not opening for 3 hours so no one was there to let me in. P45 was not supplied to me also, this led to me being taxed £300 out of my new job earnings, took 2 months do get it back from the tax office. Their wage slips don't give dates and times of hours worked so its hard to figure out when you are getting paid for what hours. Sufficient cleaning equpiment also was not supplied for several weeks while I worked there. This company should be shut down by the authorities.

Dear all please do not work for this company was ISM for Wisbech runaround to Cambourne Fakenham Diss was promised £10 an hour and £12 an hour never got it wages and never right the two managers that run this refuse to put me on time Gate so you couldn't keep up with the hours to add insult they haven't paid me my last week's wages they sent a payslip for 1p is now in the hands of my solicitor as I have all photographic evidence where I've signed in and I'm receiving written statements from colleagues that I worked with that I was there at these appropriate times so do not be taken in by the company the untruths they even use your own personal mobile and Wi-Fi system for work use the company also employ people mobiles that brag how many car crashes they've had and how many drugs they take every weekend I refused to get in the car afterwards as this person drive like a lunatic and that was all the way to dis and back on my first day very good at talking the good talk but never delivered 29 hours at £9 an hour when I was promised 10 luckily I document everything so take my advice if you want to work long hours try and keep Morrisons happy don't work for this company or do work for this company but you won't get paid also been a manager at Morrisons for Wisbech you issued an iPad which I duly Returned but they still took £71.99 out of my account still fighting for that back after about 9 phone calls still waiting for my wages to go in and the return of my £71.99 when I spoke to pay roll one hand doesn't seem to know what the other ones doing anyone else only money I would really like to hear from maybe as a group we can take these to the small claims court for money earned

TCFM is the worst company i ever worked for. Been employed as ISM in Morrisons Pinchbeck, Every pay during my couple months there was WRONG! (Was allways short on hours) Decided to quit and still till now did not get my holiday pay and money which has been STOLEN off my wages! Management don't bother about anything apart themselfs! Lincoln Morrisons ISM cross contaminated toilet with restaurant and shop floor for months, allowing feces to be potentially spread with mop and long handled brush for several weeks. Lincoln Morrisons ISM stealing hours from payslip by manipulating the hours recorded by the clocking in system and failing to inform the employees. Lincoln Morrisons ISM totally inappropriate behaviour to staff, regular false accusations and shouting in front of Morrisons customers. Lincoln Morrisons ISM regularly late and blaming others for being behind schedule. Lincoln Morrisons lacks the ability to keep track of time causing deadlines to be missed and blames staff. Uniform (trousers) not provided, had to be bought by staff. No provision of safety boots or proper gloves, Mop heads changed far too infrequently breaking health regulations. The company might be ok but if your ISM is not then good luck!

OMG my wife stuck it for a couple of months. They have never paid her correctly. They never sort out problems. They won't amend your contract to reflect the number of days you work so that you can accrue the right amount of holidays. There is never any cleaning products. The machinery and equipment is old and poorly maintained. None of their electrical equipment is PAT tested. They don't provide the necessary PPE. They don't check references and cv's properly and employ criminals. They don't care about you at all. They constantly ring you in the evenings and weekends when you are not working. The management structure (if you can call it that) is a joke and the best part is the Chairman Mr Paul Kennedy OBE was given the OBE for 'services to British Commercial Interests'. Such a shame that all the other bad reviews on here are right. DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL NOT LOOK AFTER YOU

my husband works at morrisons gravesend for tcfm.He said that one of the issues that all the staff complain about is problems with pay and it being correct on payday.Another issue is not having the instore manager available on site early mornings to assist staff and liason with the customer. i.e. the morrisons store manager.

After reading the reviews below i had the feeling of yes i been there :) just to touch on what Thomas Filby has said below is exactly how we feel at Hollington store,our manager treats us like dirt constantly lies about holiday we are owed, and all we hear is we can't take our holiday when in fact no staff are off at that time so there is no reason why we should be refused, the amount of holiday my work buddies have missed out on is pure disregard for our hard work. Our manager is also worried about budget which to a certain degree i can understand but not to the point we have to water down our products with water, things such as Eco/Bioscan products we use are always watered down,I'm actually surprised we even get new mop heads, we have no first aid available in our wet room. The TC website states career progression is available well i have not seen a single staff member ever offered it, basically there is no structure of care for staff what so ever which is probably why TC started recruiting lots of migrant workers at our store especially our manager he knows he can tell them what he wants and get away with it which is wrong and bordering on exploitation, and aside from the fact we have enough unemployed of our own people that could nicely fill them jobs left our team kinda thinking what is our managers agenda here. All aside what i have said above i am here to support my colleague above whom is known as ASCBob Hoer he is 100% correct in what he has said our team would work better with less lazy manager his job description can be achieved by a supervisor, even if he was to actually do a days work may help his team too, even picking up a piece of rubbish here and there would be a gesture to all around him, as it stands none of the Tesco staff see the point in him being at our store and to think he is payed probably 4/5 times our wage to do nothing but walk around on iphone chatting with his wife and eat breakfast at 9:00am, its a shame because TC have some great managers to, but JH at Holllington store is a joke and i can't understand how TC top end are even allowing him to get away with what he is and why they are doing nothing about it, my suggestion would be to TC head management if you do go to watch this so called manager, do it when he knows you are not visiting don't give him the chance to see you coming and all we have said here will become apparent to you.

Was dumped on my first week on my own with no decent training, then they finally got a manager who was useless and the most unprofessional woman I have ever met, getting the job as a manager must have gone straight to her head,. One of the managers had OCD so was always findings things I've "missed" Sarah came in and had a go at me and I was spoken to very unprofessionally about it the week she worked with me she missed lots of stuff but because she's a "manager" she thought she could have a go at me, she needs a good shake I honestly feel sorry for the next person to clean on nights at the Brough Store you will try your hardest and it won't be good enough ????????
