We recently moved house, and wanted a pre-moving in clean. Katie and Abbie did a fantastic job - it looked and smelt lovely as we came in. They must have worked their socks off to get it looking as good as it did! There was extensive wood work and a large number of cupboards to clean, and all was immaculate. I would highly recommend them!

I was so impressed by the professionalism of the whole team when they came recently to do an end of tenancy clean. There was an awful lot to do and frankly the difference between the before and after clean was nothing short of miraculous. Even the walls were sparkling and I simply don't know how Zara and Barbara achieved such amazing results in the time. I would happily recommend this company to everyone. Very impressed with the service received. It felt like a luxury to have the home cleaned after months in lockdown but it was the best thing we could have done. The cleaning team were really thorough, polite and friendly too and listened to what we wanted. It's not easy cleaning round someone's home when there is a fair bit of clutter but they did a really good job. I didn't recognise the place after! It's not a cheap service but they put the hours in. If you want a really professional blitz clean then I recommend it. Treat yourself and contact Why Bother! Thanks very much to the team for a great job!

Why Bother did an end-of-tenancy clean for me and they were great: they arranged it at late notice after cleaning by my letting agent's cleaners fell through, and were communicative and helpful throughout the process. They also did a great job: I got my deposit back, and the letting agent was amazed at how nice they'd left the flat! I highly recommend them.

Really spectacular service. Previously used Why Bother, but now needed a post builder deep clean urgently as there was a great deal of dust. Simon and Kate managed to organise a deep clean within 24 hours. The two staff were delightful and professional and performed to a truly high standard. Their attention to detail was excellent; even including some fine filigree work to some radiator covers. As this was just in two large adjoining rooms; I now feel I need to have the rest of the apartment cleaned to the same standard. I certainly won’t be looking for any company, other than Why Bother. Many thanks to all concerned.

I am a local private landlord with a couple of flats and contacted WBC to carry out an end of tenancy clean. Not used them before. The flat wasn't filthy or anything but just needed bringing up to scratch with a long over due deep clean. Spoke to Simon, he asked a few questions, got a quote and booked the job in within a day or so. Katie (Ops Mgr) turns up with Lizzie bang on time and runs through what I am expecting. Nice touch. Arrange to meet back at the flat with Katie to check the job over once completed. First class. Really cleaned the flat up a treat and Lizzie was a lovely young lady to boot. Highly recommend and would use again. Professional outfit.

I cannot recommend Why Bother Cleaning highly enough. Upon initial enquiry, Simon called to run through a thorough overview of our requirements and ideal timings. We decided on a blitz clean which suited our needs and the job was efficiently booked in on a tight schedule. The ladies performed an outstanding job in the time allocated with Katie on hand to do a hand over at the beginning and end of the clean to ensure everything was to a fantastic standard. I will have no hesitation in using their services again and highly recommend. 5 stars!

I never write reviews but have received such exceptional service from Simon and his team that I felt I should write something.
My partner and I have moved out of our flats and into a new shared home together. We initially asked the team (at very short notice) to clean our new house. It had been rented out and was DISGUSTING!
I was ASTONISHED at what the team achieved. It was unrecognisable, they worked INCREDIBLY hard and were so cheerful and helpful throughout.
They did such a brilliant job we then booked them again to clean my partners old rented flat. Again, they were wonderful! Today I have booked them for a third time (again at short notice) to prepare my old flat ready for new tenants.
I would not hesitate in recommending this company. They work very hard, and achieve a huge transformation. They are fairly priced, offering really good value for money. I did feel a little anxious on receiving the initial quote, as it is expensive to pay out for professional cleaning. But I’m SO please we did. It was amazing to have this task taken off our (rather overwhelming) list of things to do for the move.
This is a great, professional company who deliver their promises. I will be using them again x

I booked an end of tenancy clean with Why Bother. Had a fairly in depth phone consultation with Simon who runs the show, asking me a number of questions to ensure I got the right service and so they could, I assume, provide an accurate quote. Very friendly, courteous and knowledgable.
Cleaners arrived on time with the Ops manager Katie, to look over the place. Work was carried out to a very high standard and I was given an accurate finishing time. Katie returned at the end to inspect and ensure the work was completely thorough. Also gave me a certificate of deep clean and told to provide mobile number to letting agents if there was a problem which was excellent. Highly recommend.

Why Bother is superb. From the time I sent them a message saying I was interested in hiring a cleaner, everything has worked beautifully. I got a speedy reply, within a day or so, and a visit from Simon to check out our house the day after that. Then he found us the perfect cleaner. Shorena turns up right on time, gets straight to work and does an absolutely faultless job. The house is sparkling by the time she leaves. Also, as I work from home, having someone else in the house can be disruptive but Shorena never is. I hardly know she's here until it's time for her to vacuum my office. I cannot recommend Why Bother highly enough. An easy five stars.

Kitchen and toilet very Impressive.
Other rooms cleaned very proficiently as well but the kitchen was the real standout for me, turns out that the glass on the front of the oven is clear.
Excellent attention to detail.

I have been using Why Bother for a while now and they have been amazing. Previous cleaning companies have poor back off administration as well as poor time keeping. With Why Bother you get the personal touch of a lovely cleaner, with the professionalism of a company that deal with invoicing, holidays etc.
The cleaners themselves are very punctual and very thorough, you can tell they take pride in their work, and I think this is a testament to the company not putting pressure on them and over stretching them with countless, back to back hours.

Throughout the whole process they were professional and easy to communicate with, the prices were reasonable, and the cleaners did an excellent job. We've used 'Why Bother' for 4 years to clean our home once a week. You get a regular cleaner, the same person every week, and ours have been excellent. Then, when the regular can't make it due to holiday or sickness, Why Bother always provide good cover. This is a great service.
