The delivery men gave us notice of their arrival and took the mattress up to the room required without any fuss, despite it being a tight fit. Both wore face masks and were lovely to deal with.

Andrew was a breathe of fresh air and a pleasure buying a bed from, his service was friendly, he was extremely knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. This really helped us pick the right bed and we are very pleased with our purchase. Would highly recommend this company and this member of staff in particular if you are looking to buy a new bed.

Alex the salesman was really nice, and knew the products. The store was very COVID friendly. Update: the bed was delivered, and the delivery men were very nice. They wore shoe covers and facemasks, were efficient and courteous. Before they left they checked to make sure I didn't need any more help. All in all a fantastic experience. Also the iGel beds are SO comfy!!!

Now that the bed is finally installed, I do like it. However, too much delay in delivering the bed from the point of purchase. Although the bed is great and the delivery was fantastic, I'm not so sure I'll buy my next bed from Bensons. Blame it on Covid if you like, in the end I had to wait 5 months for the bed to arrive. Not acceptable that I moved in a new home and had to sleep on the floor for so long. I also had to chase a few times to see where the updates are on the order.

When putting bed together they failed to remove the plastic around the slider feet before putting them on. I did not notice this until after they had left so had to lift a very heavy bed to do myself

The men who delivered the bed were very polite and efficient. They put it together very quickly. However, upon carrying the bed uptrend stairs it caught on the ceiling and scraped and paint and plaster off

DO NOT SHOP WITH BENSONS FOR BEDS! They trick you into buying beds and lock you in so you can't get a refund! I was miss sold a bed with a 48 delivery turnaround. Waited 2 weeks for it. Complained and contacted the store. They said speak to customer service. I speak to customer service. They say its between me and the store. NO ACCOUNTABILITY! I had to call the mattress supplier myself to find out a delivery time. Then when it arrived, it wasn't what we wanted. NO REFUND OFFERED. Only offer 40 day exchange. Can't take my business elsewhere. Stuck with using a company I don't want to use. Customer Service told me to speak to Store Management. Store Management told me to speak to Customer Service. NO ACCOUNTABILITY! THE WORST PART IS THAT IF YOU EXCHANGE FOR A CHEAPER OPTION YOU WONT BE REFUNDED ANY DIFFERENCE. THEY ARE COMPLETELY OUT THERE TO STEAL YOUR MONEY! BE WARNED! NOT EVEN WORTH A 1 STAR

A customer team in New Malden doesn't care about the customer. They didn't tell me about the condition of payment before the delivery. I should pay 7 days before, but I didn't know that there is no information on the agreement, nobody told me about it. Now, I don't know when I'll receive my bed. Also, the customer service of Bensons for Bed has replied for my request after 3 weeks. It's longer than 10 days. Also, you replied that you don't have my details, but it's not true. Everything was in the order document.

It takes far too long to wait for you to reply 10 days is not acceptable. When you do get a reply it is not a two way dialogue. You rarely listen to the issue at hand and simply give a response and solution the suits you and not necessarily the customer

Terrible service. Bought a premium hand made bed in August 2018, paid for the fitters to deliver and fit the bed, but it turned out that the handmade headboard had bolt holes drilled in incorrect places (even though this is meant to be a bespoke bed range). We are now in April 2019 and this issue has still not been resolved! The fitters communicated this back to Benson's and reassured us that a replacement headboard would be sent, Benson's then asked for photos as proof before sending a replacement headboard (even though their own fitters confirmed the issue). Then after following up with them (no communication from their side), they insisted on arranging a visit from a technician to further confirm the issues. Dates/times for this visit was not communicated by Benson's or the third party technician company until I phoned them and found they had booked this in for a date and time without checking with me first. The technician visited our home and further confirmed what we and the previous fitters had said - the bolts had been drilled into the wrong place. No news was received from Benson's after this, but we received some bolts through the post (with no info about the sender, or any instructions inside)? We are STILL trying to get them to understand the issue, which is that the headboard has been made incorrectly. Biggest scam of a business. Would NEVER buy a bed from here again or suggest them to anyone! Friends have also encountered similar issues. Watch out and check the google reviews for their customer service - unfortunately I didn't read these until we started having these problems.

Honestly disgusting how awful the service is from this company. Promised a delivery date and the bed didn’t turn up, they didn’t even notify us! (We had also booked the day off work) The reason it wasn’t delivered was due to an admin error their side. We got a new date for 2 weeks later, again booked the day off work, to then get a text at 10am the same day saying they couldn’t deliver again. Customer service extremely unhelpful. Staff in the branch started off helpful but now are not returning calls. No idea when we will have our bed Honestly disgusted with this company, please read reviews before buying anything - I really wish I had done!!!

Worst service I have ever had, avoid this store and company like the plague. Bought an expensive mattress, it has issues, we have been unable to sleep on it for 9 weeks and counting. Currently taking to Ombudsman and feel so angry. People at store brush their hands of the issue and say I have to go through their complaints department only, who even they cannot reach!
